When I took my children out, I saw that the price of the parent-child room was often twice that of the standard room. I felt like I was being ripped off. First of all, the cleanliness of the room is really bad. I booked a twin room and it looks like the area between the bed and the wall hasn't been cleaned for a long time. Even if it is cleaned once, it's not that clean. You still need to pay attention to the cleanliness. I chose a hotel at this price because I want to stay in a clean hotel. There is still a little gap. Then the environment is OK, the decoration is OK. Secondly, we checked in around 9pm that day, so maybe there wasn't much service, it was just average, just a normal stay. The check-in experience was not good. The bathroom door handle was broken (Picture 1). When I was leaving, I asked the manager to go up and check it. When I returned to the hotel, I asked the front desk if it had been fixed. The front desk said it had been fixed. However, when I got to the room, it was still broken. It had not been fixed at all.
