The stay was good, and I'm satisfied with the hotel! Good price, and the hosts were very welcoming. The location is perfect to explore Hangzhou. Nevertheless, I have to note that the room was a bit old. Overall, a nice stay :)

Ok, for short stay. Location is great, but hotel need renovation.

The hotel excels due to its personnel; the lady at the front desk is just outstanding. 人很努力 is an incomplete description of her abilities. She is always caring and helping all guests with utmost quickness and efficiency; language is not a barrier, she is quick enough to use translation apps in order to communicate and solve any of our problems. I am a journalist and have worked at Sheraton hotel in Buenos Aires while studying, so I know what to expect from hotel personnel. Also, housekeeping people are extremely efficient and nice, always ready to help no matter how difficult our demands are.

Not very clean hotel room and hard to find, but the lady at reception is very kind

It was very noisy, grandma who works there was always screaming and children crying and I could hear everything. Inside the room always smelled with cigarettes because the neighbours always smoking, also a lot of mosquitos. I won’t recover this place. And very old furnishing…. Only one thing was good about it. It is a girl who works in front desk…
