All staff are not friendly and supportive. They seem to prefer international guests to domestic guests. I am not satisfied with their service attitude.

The facilities were fine, and the cleanliness was good. However, the decor felt a little dated. The service was decent.

This was my first time in Hanoi, and I chose to stay here, but overall it didn't quite live up to my expectations. The hotel feels quite outdated, reminiscent of older guest houses. The room lighting was also rather dim. But the biggest problem was a connecting door in the room, which led to terrible soundproofing with the adjacent room. I could hear everything clearly from next door – their TV, doors opening and closing – which was very disruptive. On the positive side, the hotel staff themselves provided excellent service and were very responsive to all my requests. The area outside the hotel was quite chaotic, especially the traffic, so be sure to budget ample time for taxis if you're heading out. There are, however, some small local restaurants favored by office workers nearby that are worth trying. Overall, my feeling is that at this price point, you could likely find better alternatives.

I booked this hotel for a colleague's business trip. While I haven't received any direct feedback from them about their stay, I've been impressed by the hotel's proactive communication. I regularly receive emails regarding the booking, check-in reminders, and review prompts. This consistent follow-up suggests a good level of service, as one would expect from a star-rated hotel.

The hotel's location is truly unbeatable, right in the prime downtown area. It's incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. The breakfast, in particular, stood out with its wide variety and delicious options. The freshly made omelets and waffles were especially impressive, definitely setting you up for a fantastic day. However, we've also taken note of two minor issues you pointed out: Firstly, some of the facilities are indeed showing their age, such as the noticeable wear on the lobby sofas. Secondly, the lack of complimentary bottled water in the room was a bit inconvenient. We've already forwarded your suggestions to the hotel management. We understand they are planning renovations and upgrades, and complimentary water options will be available soon! In fact, the hotel recently upgraded all mattresses to incredibly comfortable ones, and many guests have reported a noticeable improvement in sleep quality. If you visit again, we highly recommend trying their Executive Floor, which was just renovated last year and features a 24-hour complimentary beverage bar! Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. This is a nice hotel to stay in. There are currently renovations ongoing and I expect that it will be a better experience once the renovatios are complete. The bed is nice and big. Room is big. 2 chairs are in the room allowing for nice relaxing time when done with work. The breakfast is very good. They make excellent cold Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk and also cook the noodles if you need. Very tasty breakfast. Great start to the day. Bonus point: they also allow you to take away a cold coffee once you are done with breakfast. Amazing service.

I travel alone for a business trip and a meeting. I arrived at 1 pm, and the hotel was kind enough to allow me to check in early. The room is excellent, friendly, and clean. I got on the 14th floor. Breakfast was great, with a wide range of choices and appealing options. I recommend the Pullman Hanoi Hotel for your stay in Hanoi.

A little old hotel, the location is in the center of the Hanoi city. You can get down to eat pho and drink AHA coffee in the street.

Room has a weird smell. Breakfast was good. They have swimming pool and gym, but we didn't use them.

Hotel rooms were clean but found cockroach on my breakfast table . Hospitality was ok ok in spite of being a very good brand . People were also not that warm they were just keep on telling us this is chargeable , that is chargeable which were clearly mentioned and written. So overall it’s was OK experience.

Service and amnesties pretty lackluster for 5*. Lots of misunderstanding, e.g. we asked the room service to bring fresh drinks at 10PM, they came almost at midnight while we were sleeping but rang the bell and knocked until we got up. Restaurant also pretty weak, medium rare steak was gray withoyt a drop of juice left.
