Disappointing Experience I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and it was my worst experience. The service was bad, two male staff members displaying a blatant lack of friendliness and courtesy. When I asked them simple questions, they responded with rude tones, making me feel like a nuisance. The only saving grace was the location, which is within walking distance to local attractions. However, the cleanliness was appalling. The bedsheets reeked of stale odors, making me feel like I was sleeping next to previous guests. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Im scare to stay this hotel I think its not hotel look like motel and home stay.if your girl I really recommend should not stat there

Strategic location near the cathedral. Good value for money. The toilet is very small I can’t even straighten my leg when sitting on the toilet bowl. Sound proof is not the best you might hear others and also the bell of the cathedral every hour. Convenient thou as there are shops nearby to rent motorbike .

It us giod position to go to lake and downtwon. And cosy room and officer is nice. I recommend this hoyel

Very comfy bedding in a large room. Well situated near everything, a bit noisy but on the 4th floor it was okay. No elevator.

I didn't have any problems there , staff were very nice , the room was good 👍

I really liked the place. The location is perfect if you want to travel all around the hanoi efficiently. And also the staffs are very polite and speaks English good. Furthermore, you can rent a bike from them for a fare price!

Very bad dirty room and bath room Need to remove from your list

There was no reception the ground floor was a motor bike shop! No lift and the room was on the 6th floor.. Room has no TC, no curtain was no privacy at all cos building across can see into the room clearly. Room has no drinking water, face towel.. WiFi signal keeps dropping

Location is great but hotel is very old, doesn't look the same as on the picture. For the money it cost probably worth. Bed was comfortable. No towels. We stayed one night and moved on.

Very very good location. It’s a small hostel and thin stars, 5 floors no lift. Easy to travel around and other hostels near. Air con wasn’t great but did provide a fan

Although it was a room only, there was no bottled water provided. The towels had a bad smell. The room was small, so the air conditioner worked well.
