I had a wonderful stay at the Harbin Aoluguya Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. Staying at the Ouluguya felt the warmth and hospitality of Harbin locals towards us 'little potatoes' (a term of endearment for tourists). The hotel is quite close to the airport, and the drive was smooth with no traffic. It's about 25 minutes to Central Street. Located on the north bank of the river, it's perfect for a getaway, offering a sense of tranquility amidst the bustling city. The room hygiene was excellent, and the housekeeping staff were all very friendly. Check-in at the front desk was quick and efficient, and they provided great information, even handing out tourist maps. The hotel pool environment was exceptionally good, quiet and relaxing. A perfect trip to Harbin!

Seriously, I've stumbled upon a hidden gem! The environment is quiet and comfortable, perfect for a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. The room decor is warm and elegant, full of thoughtful details, even the toiletries are exquisite. The breakfast spread is rich and well-balanced, and tastes amazing! The service is attentive yet unobtrusive, and check-in and check-out were both super quick. The surrounding amenities are excellent, making shopping and dining convenient. The overall experience was fantastic, definitely worth multiple visits!

This stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the nearby commercial area, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was great, so it was especially quiet at night. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and the hot water supply was ample and stable. The front desk service was warm and attentive, check-in was swift, and they even proactively told us about nearby attractions and breakfast times. Breakfast offered a rich variety, blending Chinese and Western options, all fresh and delicious, and the timing was convenient. The overall design of the hotel is simple yet grand and very distinctive. The public areas are clean and bright, exuding a sense of luxury everywhere. They also provide free bottled water and luggage storage. As China's first forest culture-themed hotel, it's definitely worth staying at. I'll choose this place again on my next visit!

The breakfast surprised me by being available until 1 PM, which was a huge plus! The complimentary late-night snack was also a thoughtful touch. All the staff members were incredibly enthusiastic; both the front desk and housekeeping were quick to respond and always happy to help. The location is excellent, close to all the attractions we wanted to visit, and only about a 30-minute drive to the airport, making travel very convenient. The room was spacious, comfortably warm, and very clean. Overall, a very satisfying stay, highly recommended!

The lobby, situated on the 42nd floor as a 'sky lobby,' is spacious, bright, and impressively luxurious. Both the rooms and public areas are meticulously clean and inviting. The rooms themselves are generously sized and well-lit, with every detail reflecting the hotel's unique cultural charm. Staying here offers a wonderful opportunity to learn more about the Ewenki ethnic culture. Breakfast is served until 1 PM, which is incredibly convenient, and there's also complimentary late-night supper, both of which are delicious. The hotel staff are all very warm and friendly, and each one acts as an ambassador for Ewenki culture, enthusiastically answering any questions you might have. The overall ambiance is elegant, showcasing the quality of a high-end hotel.

The 'Cuoluozi' (traditional Ewenki dwelling), as a poetic abode for the Ewenki people, gave me a feeling of a natural home, making me feel like I had a home away from home in this unfamiliar city. The combination of natural and forest elements made the guest rooms even more cozy and elegant. During my two-day, one-night stay, I experienced a unique space brimming with stories, creating wonderful and unforgettable moments. The fact that breakfast is available until 1 PM is truly fantastic, offering guests more flexibility. AOLUGUYA's ethnic minority characteristics provide a differentiated international high-end brand for the hotel industry, delivering a comfortable and pleasant stay for everyone.

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, served until 1 PM, which is a huge plus for guests. If you're on a relaxing trip, you don't have to rush to wake up for breakfast. The ingredients were abundant and fresh. The noodle stall chef was so enthusiastic and kind, and the food had distinct Harbin local flavors. You could find various pastries, Harbin red sausage, savory milk tea, etc. The cream bun was incredibly delicious; the cream inside was that old-fashioned butter cream I remember from childhood. They provided 'The Little Prince' themed toiletries for kids. The hotel's decor was wood-toned with some ethnic elements, making it quite unique. All the in-room chargeable items were clearly listed in a catalog. The room door was a key card type; you had to insert the card to turn on the lights, then remove it to open the door. It was really hard to open. We were stuck outside for over ten minutes. Plus, the door was super heavy. The lighting inside was warm yellow but very dim, so dim that when taking photos with a native camera, you had to pause for a moment, or it wouldn't focus. There was no floor heating in the room, only central air conditioning. We asked engineering to turn it to the warmest setting, but the AC display only went up to 25 degrees, which felt a bit cold to me personally. When we arrived at the hotel, our car was parked on the side of the road. As we were pulling our suitcases towards the hotel, the concierge just stood there watching the entire time, as if it wasn't his job. We had to manage everything ourselves until we got into the hotel. Bringing a child, the front desk didn't specifically offer children's toiletries or slippers. We only found out about the bed rail and child's bed later online and had to call to request them. The toiletries were L'Occitane, but they were fixed to the wall in the shower and couldn't be removed. It was awkward not having toiletries if you wanted to take a bath. There was no laundry room or kids' club among the amenities (though they did offer laundry service, and there was a price list in the wardrobe). The hotel's location is in Jiangbei, convenient for Sun Island and Polarland, but a bit far from iconic attractions like Central Street. If you're traveling during rush hour or holidays, you need to plan ahead. For shopping, there's Sunac Land and MixC near the hotel. There were a couple of small incidents that made some of the staff seem unpleasant. I won't go into too much detail here, but most of the staff were still very enthusiastic. Overall, I felt the value for money wasn't great. The facilities seemed a bit old, and the service was significantly lacking compared to chain hotels.

This was my first stay at this hotel, and while the name is a bit of a mouthful, the facilities are high-end and eco-friendly. The rooms feature mostly solid wood furnishings, and the toiletries have innovative packaging. The service was quite thoughtful, with complimentary fruit and yogurt in the room. The breakfast selection was extensive and could be extended until 1 PM, and they even offered free late-night snacks between 10-11 PM. I do have a few small suggestions: Firstly, the room cleaning could use some improvement (there were stains on the marble floor visible from the toilet). Secondly, there seemed to be a shortage of staff at breakfast, as used dishes weren't cleared promptly from tables, which affected other guests' dining experience.

The room was very spacious and clean, with a lovely woody fragrance. The amenities provided were also excellent. They called in advance to ask about our arrival time and any special requests. Since we were traveling with a child, we requested kids' toiletries and slippers beforehand. Our butler, Tom, provided fantastic service, always ready to answer any questions. It's a shame we could only stay for one night due to our itinerary, but we'll definitely come back if we get the chance. I heard there's also the best bathhouse in Jiangbei right opposite the hotel. Finally, just a couple of minor drawbacks: in the morning, light seeps through the sides of the curtains, which some guests might find bothersome, though it wasn't a big deal for us. Also, the soundproofing of the room door isn't great, so if someone speaks loudly while passing by, it can be a bit noisy in the morning.

The hotel breakfast surprisingly runs until 1 PM, and there's free late-night supper at 10 PM with noodles, dumplings, and small steamed buns... and it all tastes great! 👍 Apparently, in winter, there's even a shuttle bus to Sunac Snow World. It's close to 'Tiger Park' and the 'Grand Theater,' but a bit far from the old town attractions. Highly recommended if you're traveling with kids!

Extremely satisfied with our stay! Devin at the front desk was professional, skilled, attentive, and very thoughtful, quickly checking us in and making us feel right at home. The room was spacious and clean, with excellent attention to detail, including charging cables for various phones and high-quality toiletries. The location is great, just an 8-minute walk to Sunacland, which offers a wide variety of food options. The ramen and knife-cut noodles we had for a late-night snack were incredibly authentic. The hotel is also very close to the Harbin Ice and Snow World and Sun Island Scenic Area. All in all, fantastic value for money!

The hotel room offered views of the Songhua River and was spacious and comfortable. My favorite part was the mattress, which was just the right balance of firm and soft. The butler service was attentive and even arranged welcome fruits. The concierge staff were warm and thoughtful. I also have to commend the hotel breakfast, which featured local dishes, Chinese and Western options, and a variety of baked goods, catering to all my family's tastes. It was a perfect stay experience.

Executive Lounge: Tom called before my arrival to ask for my estimated check-in time and helped arrange my room according to my preferences. When I arrived at the hotel a bit early, I happened to run into Tom, who assisted with the check-in process. Since the room wasn't ready yet, Tom took us to the executive lounge to wait, patiently asked us what we'd like to drink, and helped us find a window seat. I must say, Alila Wuzhen truly excels at service. I'll definitely choose them again next time. Alila Wuzhen is consistently excellent!
