Walking to the hotel takes 16 min. Room is large. Swimming Pool is good but opening hours are very short (limited to afternoon from 3pm to 7pm). If weekend, the pool is opened for morning too but opening hours are very short too (7am to 11am). These are not convenient. The changing room door could not be closed

Outstanding customer service,easy to go location and excellent amenities

The facilities were OK but nothing more. The bar and restaurant were expensive. When our room was serviced in took around seven minutes, no sign of a vacuum cleaner. The beds weren't made either

The staff are friendly, they allowed for a late check out for us. The location is good, walking distance to city centre and they sell tranportation cards too.

We had a great stay at hotel, It is nearly 1.2-1.5 km from main railway station in town, you can either walk or go by bus to reach the hotel. Google maps is the best thing for bus timings and all. The hotel rooms were very good, clean and has all the facilities we need. The breakfast was good and has lot of varieties including vegetarian options. You can either go to market by walk and if it is snowing it is better to take tram. You can take day pass for all public transport which will be cheaper as well as free you from hassle of buying tickets every-time. The city is beautiful and hotel was also beautiful and comfortable.

Great breakfast

The room has no air conditioning, and the pillow is just a stinky cushion. It was too hot and I couldn't sleep. Thank you Ctrip for handling it in time and seeking justice for our compatriots. I don't recommend staying in this hotel chain at all.

The room is very clean, small but well-equipped. Convenient transportation, opposite the lake, very quiet and comfortable. The meals are very hygienic and rich, especially the local pie is delicious.

The hotel is very big, there are many people, it is easy to get lost, There is a park opposite, it is convenient to travel The breakfast is rich, but the bed is too small, the single beds are combined, and the room is not big. Stayed for three nights

A basic hotel in an ok location. Really nice employees at the reception. Great views from the sauna upstairs, but otherwise impractical facilities in the sauna/shower section. You had to leave your shoes in the hallway if you didn't want your socks to get wet when you went to the "changing room", and when you put your shoes on it would be good to have a chair to sit on. Only three showers available, so you had to queue to get in the shower. A hotel popular with families with children, so the swimming pool was noisy and full of splashes. Similarly, there was always someone coming in through the door slowly with a group of children at the sauna, so the steam baths were missed. Nice that fresh croissants were served to the tables at breakfast. The bar waiter had his own strong opinions about what is good beer and what is not. I have understood that the first lesson of a customer service person is that the customer is always right. I got the feeling that I don't understand anything about good beer when I said what I like. I didn't feel good about that encounter.
