到過什麼城市，住過很多酒店🏨。但是這次的縵吉酒店是體驗最好，服務最好最温馨的酒店。提供衡山西高鐵站接送站服務:我們行李很多，會幫忙拿行李還送上房間。衞生：房間乾淨，拖鞋，毛巾全都用獨立包裝袋封好的。環境：親子房雖然房間不大，但是温馨。有準備一兩樣小零食和小禮物。服務：我們帶了孩子吃的飯菜，會幫忙去加熱。約好送高鐵站的時間，臨近時間段會還和打電話提醒，最最最主要的是還送了瓶裝水和特產。第一次遇到這麼好的酒店。想着這麼好的服務價格會很貴，結果價格超親民。

這個酒店很不錯，服務很好。出高鐵站後叫不到車，臨時通知酒店來接，快速響應馬上行動，退房後送站依舊是豪車免費接送，非常贊。房間也不錯，配置齊全。我們三個人，阿姨打掃見有三雙拖鞋也知道給三瓶水，小零食沒動每天仍照例補貨，培訓到位。退房時還送了三瓶水和一包餅乾，真的棒。綜上，推薦此酒店，下次來還會考慮入住。
