"Food was lovely , clean well kept rooms not so great on checkout when the receptionist did not recognise trip . Com and advised we hadn’t paid despite us showing her confirmation of pre payment "

"Great spa, great food at Fusion, and great service throughout the hotel. Good size room, but a bit dated (classic double). The safe didn't work in the room. There are too many lamps. Four in total. It would be good to have one bright light source. We will visit again."

"A great stay. Staff were lovely and super helpful. A problem with my room meant i had to switch, but staff addressed this as soon as possible. Pool was an added bonus as were the sauna and steam room. Will def stay there again when visiting Durham."

"We went to Seaham with the kids for the glass beach and this was cheap and really really clean which was very good plus the bedroom for us was ample. The food was just outstanding especially the ty restaurant X the kids loved it and the staff was friendly, helpful x thankyou 🥰 xx"

"Spacious room, nice kitchenette and basic accommodation. The room was a little tired and smelled a bit musty, but very clean and I slept well. Check-in was straight forward enough at the bar and very nice bar staff member. Several buses can be caught very nearby and it’s around 10 minutes into town (£2 single or £4 day pass). I would stay again :)"

"Very good, convenient for self-driving. Downstairs is a bar, which is good for a relaxing evening. It's just that the stairs are too narrow and it's inconvenient to carry the box up and down. If there are only ladies, please consider carefully."
