The lady receptionist was really helpful throughout the stay we were there and always so accommodating to my requests to the point that I’m worried that I may be being difficult customer.

Friendly staff, great location. But the hotel room is different from what you saw. It’s basically a neat old room. I would only recommend to those who looking for a budget room. Nothing fancy with this price. And please remember to ask for a quiet room….or else I don’t think you would be able to sleep well

Location is good. Very helpful staff and polite. However room is old and not so clean.

The room is okay. The layout is a bit strange. Everything else is okay. The breakfast is rich.

The hotel was booked and 100% prepayment was made. When we arrived, at first we couldn't find our reservation, then it turned out that the room I booked was occupied. Since it was night, I agreed to spend one night in a small room. In the morning, they promised to move me to the room I paid for and booked. But in the morning it turned out that the room I booked was not available... And they started waiting for me again until tomorrow. And this is taking into account that the reservation was for 3 days. I had to make a scandal with the involvement of the aggregator Trip.com. Thanks to the aggregator, I was able to get moved to another hotel, to a room similar to the one I booked. Of course, the situation was resolved, but the sediment and spoiled mood remained. Special thanks to Trip.com for providing support in this situation

The staff were very friendly. The location was also good.

The hotel is well located, near Ben Thanh market. The street is quiet in the evening and restaurants and bars are close too. The sheets were not very new but for this price you can't ask too much. Very nice receptionist.

It was good because it was located near famous attractions.
