Clean and hygienic, great service, and a good location.

Overall good for business travelers. Helpful and accommodating personnel. Value for money was fair, though the room amenities were quite basic. Breakfast was impressive with a wide variety of options, but lunch and dinner offerings need improvement.

Everything was good except one woman that works at night on the reception she is so rude .

The hotel is located far from any tourist location or good places to eat. However it is really quiet and clean. The swimming pool was clear and there was a sauna too. However i think the walls are a bit thin or our neighborhoods were really loud.

The room was large. Since we booked a family suite, it was a pity that there was no Chinese food for breakfast. The location of the hotel is just average. The service attitude is good. The biggest problem is the language barrier. The staff can hardly speak English or it is very poor, which caused us a lot of problems.

An additional charge for an extra bed was stated on the invoice, but due to internal circumstances or conditions, they requested payment of three times the amount originally stated.
