This hotel is a bit crowded, a bit crowded for multiple people, the service is okay, the space is a bit small

Have stayed in this hotel a few times. This time, I chose small room since I'm alone. Everything is great. Will stay again when I come to hcmc

Already stay here for couple time and it is really a nice hotel with excellent service. Location wise is a GREAT choice among the area, for sure, I will come back again very soon👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿

Located at D7. With many Korean restaurants nearby. Shopping malls are nearby only few mins by Grab/taxi. Its a pretty chillex place to relex your mind, comparing to the busy crowded D1.

403 clean and comfortable, but wifi is weak

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful hotel. Beautiful clean rooms. Good location: not to busy, but still everything you want close by. And the staff was really friendly and helpful. (Maybe a little hard communicating with the english language, but that is almost everywhere in Vietnam.) So later after we came back from a little trip trough south of Vietnam, we booked here again without doubting.

Having lived in Vietnam for many years, I used to email the French GM directly to get a discounted rate, but now I can book directly through Ctrip at a very good price. I've stayed in various room types many times—single, double, with or without a balcony. Each time, I've been impressed by the warm décor, spotless floor tiles, and exceptionally clean! Recommended

The room wasn't very large. The hotel is a little over 2 kilometers from the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center. A taxi costs around 31,000 VND. There's a good seafood restaurant nearby.

The room was clean, the breakfast rice noodles were delicious, the service of the staff was poor, but the security guard helped with the luggage and was warm and thoughtful.

Environment: The room wasn't as big as I expected; the bed in the standard room was less than 1 meter wide. It's located in the Korean area, so dining is convenient! Cleanliness: Very clean!

I stayed in a small room for one night, then moved to a larger room and extended my stay for another day. It's a nice hotel. However, it's a bit uncomfortable when a Vietnamese woman visits from outside the hotel. Of course, Vietnamese government policy requires identification, but the male staff member who greeted me was so stiff and formal, it was quite unpleasant. I've stayed at hotels like La Siesta Hotel in downtown and Labella Saigon in District 3. I have a female advisor who frequently visits my hotel for personal and business reasons, and I wish she had been more flexible and greeted me with a bright smile. In this regard, I found this hotel a bit inconvenient. I wasn't visiting at night, but only for an hour or so at 4 p.m. I know it's hotel policy, but it left me feeling uncomfortable for a while.
