this place was very lovely and clean, especially for how cheap it was unfortunately during the heat we found it was impossible to walk to the old town or the beach, but we just got taxis which only cost about 50.000 dong so not a deal issue the only issue i had is that when we wanted to do laundry there was no one around at the reception desk, and the only contact number we'd been given if we needed anything was the number for that desk all in all, a very enjoyable stay, and we just had to do laundry somewhere else thanks to our hosts!!

I loved this hotel. Great owners very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Very beautiful villa, the pool and garden are huge and super photographic,I loved staying by the pool, they had butterflies and Birds on trees, on the overall I highly recommend and will book again

The worst of the worst places I've ever been to. I went alone. I'm a woman. I went down to the reception at 8pm to ask them to fix the outlet. As you can see in the picture, the phone didn't connect ^^ No matter how much I called, there was no answer. I told them to just ask them to do it tomorrow. I came up and was drying my hair in only my underwear after showering. I was startled by the sound of the door opening and ran out. The man took off his top and the woman held a baby and tried to open the door and come in. No knock? There was no such thing. I was so surprised that I pushed the door and yelled for help. The man in the next room asked what was going on and said nothing was wrong. I was so scared that I blocked the doorknob with a chair. I tried to open the door a second time and came in, and they forcibly filmed me in only my underwear. Seriously, it was so scary and creepy that I called the consulate. They told me to contact the embassy in Da Nang. I did, and they gave me the police number. But I don't speak Vietnamese. I felt like I was definitely at a disadvantage. After calling Grab, Grab arrived and I was trying to leave with my luggage. The door was locked.. I got goosebumps again.. Luckily, Grab called and opened the door for me. I ran away to Da Nang. I requested a refund from Trip.com. It was rejected. The reason was that the accommodation refused. I won't use Trip.com in the future. Do you think I use this because I don't know Agoda or other apps? No money-back guarantee?
