We really enjoyed our stay. We booked two rooms, one with a balcony and one on the ground floor. The balcony offered a small view of the sea. The hotel is located in the second row from the beach (a 2-minute walk). It's about a 15-minute drive or 30-45-minute bike ride to downtown Hoi An. Free bicycles are available at the hotel. The only drawback is that they're not in such good condition, but they're still usable. The area surrounding the hotel also offers many lovely little restaurants and activities. Hotel guests enjoy free lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach. On our first day, we were also very well informed about many different excursion options, and we opted for a day of diving/snorkeling. The price from the hotel was also cheaper than if we had booked directly on the provider's website. Overall, a very pleasant stay, and we would come back anytime!

The location was great. The beach was close by and there were many shops. They provided a shuttle service (for a fee) to various places at a reasonable price, which was very helpful. I would like to go again.

The hotel is quite close to the sea, just a few dozen meters away. The restaurant right outside is also very good. The hotel room was quite small, not quite as described. The hotel felt quite rustic... There were ants in the room and toilet. We also spotted geckos... You shouldn't throw toilet paper in the toilet, as it can easily clog... We originally booked four nights, stayed two, and left early to move to a five-star hotel in Da Nang... The hotel service was excellent, with a special car to Hoi An in the morning. Breakfast was ordered the day before and served at a pre-set time the next morning.

It was my first time visiting An Bang Beach, and Linh Seaside was right in front of the beach, making it the perfect location for those looking to relax. Since I arrived early on the day of check-in, I left my luggage there and headed to the beach. They also lent me beach towels. The breakfast was also generous and delicious. If I had to say something, it was a little hard to find, so if it's your first time, I recommend booking a transfer to Da Nang Airport in advance if possible.

A small hotel with about 10 rooms, 1 minute walk from the sea. Family-run, run by young women who speak English. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Nice atmosphere. Highly recommended. The rooms are arranged around a small pool. We stayed in a room with a balcony on the second floor overlooking the sea, which is the most expensive room and does not require any privacy. The room size is not large. It is clean, and there is daily cleaning, towel replacement, and water replenishment. It has a refrigerator, safe, hair dryer, and TV. The outlets in the room can be used with Japanese devices without an adapter. Other services are also very good. Welcome drinks and fruit, rental of beach towels, free transfer to Hoi An Old Town (twice in the morning and afternoon), arrangement of a car to Da Nang International Airport (300,000 VND, cheaper than Grab), arrangement of tours such as shows and coconut boats in Hoi An city, etc. We also asked for late check-out (50% of the room rate) because our return flight was an overnight flight. You can stay until 9pm. For breakfast, you can choose from 6 western and local dishes, as well as a drink. There is a spa in the hotel. There are various menus, including massages. Massages are available in various places on An Bang Beach, but it is more comfortable to have them in the hotel. The beach is a 1-minute walk away. The parasols and deck chairs at the beach are free, but they are run by a restaurant in front of the beach, so I think it's better to order at least a drink. Most people on An Bang Beach are Westerners. You hardly see any Asians other than locals. There are not many people, and there is no Aussie revelry like in Bali, so it is really quiet and relaxing. However, we went in August, and it was very hot in central Vietnam. The temperature was the same as body temperature every day.

We were just there for 3 days. And we thought the Linh Seaside was very good. Privately run, very customer-oriented and you are well looked after. For those who want something a little more personal and individual and don't want a huge hotel - highly recommended. Very friendly, very keen to accommodate all requests, large rooms with balcony, pool, direct access to the beach (50m). We went to the old market on a scooter. Very fun and you are flexible. It's right in front of the beach and the people working there were so friendly that I had a happy vacation! Maybe because it was a humid day, the blanket had a bit of a smell, but the towels were fragrant! Thank you for always smiling and greeting me when I came in when going out, and for letting me know that I could use a sunbed for free at a nearby cafe :) The swimming pool is small but quite deep and no one was using it, so I rented it out and had fun. Recommended if you are staying near My Khe Beach!

Прекрасный отдых, полное расслабление! Отель практически на берегу. Сотрудники очень вежливые, обходительные, всегда помогут и подскажут! Из минусов, что на внешней стороне стены нашего номера были расположены 4 блока от кондиционеров и шум от них очень сильный. Один раз у кого-то всю ночь работал кондиционер и шум не прекращался( На пляже отеля бесплатные шезлонги, полотенца, душ немного в стороне. Также на пляже организовано прекрасное обслуживание по меню кафе. Из пожеланий: на завтрак хотелось бы видеть в меню овощной салат.

海に近く、ビーチタオルを借りて持っていってパラソルと椅子のセットをビーチで借りれるから便利。部屋は綺麗だし、ホテルの人は親切で感じが良い。

Great location if you're looking for some quiet time in Vietnam, but a short ride into old town if you want activity. Staff were excellent, rooms were a good size, great aircon and clean. Bed was extra firm which was not comfortable for me.

Situated 1-2 minutes walk to the popular An Bang beach, The Linh Seaside is a smaller establishment in which you can spend a few days relaxing. The staff go out of their way to make your stay a good one. It provides a twice daily shuttle that will drop you to where the tailors are in Hoi An; the staff will also organize drivers and tours at your request. The rooms are clean, there is a laundry service which charges by kg and provides towels you can take to the beach. There are bars and restaurants in short walking distance.

Thank You so much to the team at The Linh Seaside! Everything was beyond our expectations. Nice rooms, steps from the beach, so much food at breakfast, and a super location. But, most of all, the exceptional staff! From the front desk to the cleaners to the kitchen to the handyman, all were fantastic. My husband was ill and everyone was bringing him tea, enquiring after his health, and making sure we were comfortable. If we return to Hoi An, we will be sure to stay here!

Amazing 2 night stay at the Linh Seaside Villa. We didn’t have the best weather but the fantastic two ladies who manage the hotel and reception made sure our stay was memorable with brilliant suggestions for things to do during our time at Hoi An. Including the Hoi A Memories show which was so good and not to be missed. We had an amazing massage at the hotel and we would highly recommend the food next door at Phoungs restaurant. The Red Lanten bar just up the road from the hotel is also great for cocktails and live music. Overall a lovely seaside location, with the beautiful Hoi An only a 5-10min drive and such helpful staff at the Linh. Breakfast was also great at the hotel! Highly recommend the pork noodles and omelette.
