This place is a 5min walk from the beach, its quiet and beautiful to stay here for the price you pay its great value. The staff are friendly, the breakfast is good and everything you need is right there. If you want a nice, peaceful and relaxing place to stay in Hoi An, I highly recommend this place.

Kim was so lovely and helpful from the moment i checked in until I left! The hotel is situated across the beach on the quieter end of An Bang beach, perfect for relaxing and also not far from Old Town too. The sheets were a little dirty upon checkin, but apart from that given the price it was good value and the balcony and surroundings was beautiful. Breakfast was good too and free bikes was helpful!

Situated 50 metres from the beach, the location is exceptional with good restaurants and bars nearby. It is a very straightforward 10 minute taxi ride to the Ancient Town. The villa complex is incredibly beautiful, combining French colonial architecture with an Asiatic garden area, complete with water features. The rooms are large, exceptionally clean and with everything  for which one could wish. There is tea, coffee, a fridge and a good selection of toiletries. The breakfasts are lovely with a pre-order service that ensures you get exactly what you want. The food is excellent with a variety of Vietnamese, Western options and noodle soups. The dining area is in the lush garden. There is a pristine swimming pool open all day, which offers a lovely relaxing dip after the heat of the day. The staff are extremely helpful, polite and supportive. They are always on hand with advice and care, even loaning me a crash helmet to ride on the back of a friend's motorbike. An elegant, calm and peaceful retreat in Hoi An.  

Good accommodation with helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast and fruits were provided for free. The surrounding is relaxing and quiet, an escape from the city. It is opposite a beach. The crowded old town is just 15 minutes away by grab.

Pros - Good location, clean and big rooms, free beach towels and bycicles. Very friendly and helpful staff. Cons - no buffet, you have to order ala carte 1 day in advance, and food is not great.

An absolute gem. We are very experienced travellers and have stayed in the best and the rest. This small, friendly but beautiful place is the best kept secret on the planet.

I booked a connecting family room, but there was a mistake and I was given a two-bedroom apartment with a balcony and kitchen. It was very spacious and comfortable. Thank you very much. The beach was about a one-minute walk away, so it was easy to go see the sunrise. When I checked in, I was given information about tours, and from the several options available, I chose a tour to the Marble Mountains, which was arranged for me. I was also given a list of recommended restaurants in the area, so I went there by bicycle to eat. I also asked them to arrange a car to take me to Da Nang Airport. I think this is a hotel for people who want to spend a quiet time in a homely atmosphere.

Ka Villa has a good location, the receptionist and security guard are very friendly and enthusiastic.

Very good hotel! Quiet, cozy, homely! Attentive staff. Breakfast menu, you will not go hungry! We will be happy to come back again!

The room is spacious and clean. There is a fan, so if the air conditioner doesn't feel cool, you can turn it on with the fan to cool it down quickly. The bathroom doesn't smell and is clean. The water pressure is strong and good. The building itself is very pretty and seems to be well managed. If you follow the staff's instructions and go up the path right across, it takes about 30 seconds?? The beach is right there, but there aren't many people and it's quiet. There are beach towels provided in the room that you can use for free, so you can take them. Breakfast is a pre-order system when you check in, and you can choose from the menu. Fruit and the menu you choose are served together. I want to go again next time. It's good for families or alone to rest quietly. I'm satisfied. The only thing to be careful of is that there are no delicious restaurants nearby. When you check in, they print out a list of good restaurants nearby, but most of the restaurants recommended by the staff are about 1.5~2km away. However, they lend you a bicycle for free, so you can get there quickly by bicycle.

Great villa. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast from 7-30 to 9-00. Coffee, tea, fruit and juice. And one dish to order (soup, scrambled eggs, vermicelli with meat balls) Breakfast is not very good. There is a Vietnamese cafe nearby where you can have an inexpensive dinner. 5 minutes to the sea through the neighboring villa. A taxi to Da Nang costs 180 dong.

The room is big. The service staff is super nice. I made a mistake in booking a day trip and they helped me communicate over the phone. They speak English perfectly. They also gave me fruits and ice cream. The breakfast was delicious.

This is the accommodation that I am always most satisfied with in Da Nang Hoi An. The staff is really friendly and the accommodation is very clean. The bedding is also really great. Although it is not a buffet, the breakfast that you order the day before is really delicious. They also do laundry for free upon request. I highly recommend it.
