Room was clean. It seemed a bit small. But service was great and owner was so polite. Location is great to me

Very pleasant stay - the rooms are bright and clean. Building and area feel safe. The lady on reception was very helpful and cheerful. I’ll come here again and will recommend to my friends. WiFi was good too, and I was able to do a 1.5 hour zoom call with no issues. Kowloon park entrance right opposite guesthouse, nice place for exercise

K.S. Guesthouse is a very clean and helpful place to stay. Mr. Ying and the stuff are very nice and friendly. The rooms are very basic, but for the price, in my opinion, absolutely adequate. There was even a kettle for boiling water and some cups. Beds were comfortable and AC worked. So, give it a try.

We booked two rooms. They were very clean and in an excellent location. The two adjacent rooms were perfect for our family of five. We had the pleasure of meeting the host, Uncle Xing. He is a remarkably kind and humble elder, from the same generation as our own family seniors. Our entire family was extremely satisfied with our stay. It was evident that Uncle Xing put a lot of effort into perfecting the rooms; he genuinely anticipated every guest's need. We'd confidently give it a 12 out of 10! As first-time visitors to Hong Kong, we feel incredibly fortunate and grateful that Uncle Xing was the first local person we got to know. Our trip was rushed, so we didn't manage to take many photos of the rooms. We wish Uncle Xing a Happy New Year and wishing you great prosperity!

It was a good experience! In Hong Kong there is not much choice, but this place was clean and the service was great! Would stay there again if I were to come back to Hong Kong! And the best thing about the hotel was its location! Everything was close by, including the metro.

For 861 RMB, there's really no need to come to this place. A house that usually costs 200-300 RMB is now 800-900 RMB. This recommendation from Ctrip is a real rip-off! When you go to Hong Kong, be sure to check the facade of an independent hotel, not this kind of guesthouse, which is actually a B&B. You're likely to be scammed. The rental rating label on the door clearly says "average", but the property management and the atmosphere want to give it the worst rating! At this price, the hotel is very standard, clean and comfortable. Don't choose a so-called guesthouse.

I was prepared for the high cost of living in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. The room was small but very clean. With three separate beds, sleeping was comfortable. The hotel provided a complete range of amenities, including a kettle, hair dryer, cups, shampoo, body wash, disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste, bath towels, toilet paper, and slippers. The air conditioner was excellent, a Mitsubishi wall-mounted unit with a dehumidifier that could be activated at night to prevent dampness from three people showering and drying clothes in the bathroom. Both the bathroom and the room had windows, so I could open them during the day to let in some fresh air, then close them and turn on the air conditioner to quickly cool down the room. In this season, quick-drying clothes dried almost overnight, so bringing two sets of clothes was a breeze. The host, Ms. Yu, spoke fluent Mandarin and was very friendly. She patiently explained the room's features, provided tips, and helped with daily housekeeping. Turn right out of the hotel and you'll find a 7-Eleven and a Wellcome supermarket. A little over 10 meters further is a Café de Coral fast food restaurant. Turn left and head down two small streets to Jordan MTR Station, Exit C2, one stop away in Tsim Sha Tsui, making transportation, shopping, and dining very convenient. The building's first floor is secure with 24-hour card access and security. All in all, I had a very safe and comfortable stay. I would like to thank the owner. I hope to stay here again next time I visit Hong Kong and I will be happy to recommend it to my friends.

The room wasn't large, but the cleanliness was excellent. The location was excellent and very convenient. There's a 24-hour convenience store nearby, Kowloon Park is across the street, and the West Kowloon High-Speed Rail Station is just a kilometer away, within walking distance.

The hotel is a ten-minute walk from the West Kowloon High-Speed Rail Station. The surroundings are beautiful, with Kowloon Park directly across the street. There are nearly twenty tea restaurants within a five-minute walk of the building, and three Wellcome supermarkets and three bakeries within a five-minute walk. Temple Street is just five minutes away, and Jordan MTR Station is three minutes away. The hotel is clean and tidy, and the proprietress is warm and welcoming!
