The service was great, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. We were able to store our luggage upon check-in. Cleanliness: Okay. Location: A bit far from the MTR station, but conveniently close to Tsim Sha Tsui. Facilities: The room was a bit on the small side, but otherwise everything else was fine. Executive Lounge Buffet Afternoon Tea: Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to try it.

the hotel was just like new. open at 2018.room was great. good for family trip. thx for Brian for the top floor sea view room. we love it really .Maggie and Brian really help our trip a lot. make our trip so great. like this hotel really.love Hong Kong.

Hotel is located conveniently at Tsim Sha Tsui area. There’s many eateries nearby. Keep in mind that this hotel shares the same lobby as Empire Hotel, but Empire Prestige is at the other end of the hotel. Hotel does not provide toothbrush / toothpaste, drinking water etc. There’s a supermarket called ‘Wellcome’ just opposite the street, buy everything you need there and save at least half of your money (comparing buying from 7-11 😉
