Perfect as usual! Amazing breakfast, perfect view, great big bed , fresh smell and carful stuff.

Extremely satisfied with this hotel! The location is excellent, and the staff are incredibly warm and attentive – they helped open doors and carry luggage. The hallways smell lovely, and breakfast is great. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I come to Hong Kong.

It was okay, I guess... but they wouldn't even give us breakfast. That's a real shame, especially since I had a child with me. I wanted to cancel but couldn't. Basically, it just goes to show that Hongkongers still look down on mainlanders. What makes Hongkongers so special anyway? You don't have more money than me, and your social status isn't higher than mine. Why act like you're so superior?...

Due to a typhoon warning, which would impact our plans, I tried to cancel my 3 PM booking at 10 PM on the same day. Unfortunately, Ctrip's policy made the order non-cancellable, so we had no choice but to check in. It's incredibly unreasonable that hotel bookings in Hong Kong made through the platform are non-cancellable – it's a huge trap! They should at least charge a cancellation fee based on the time remaining until check-in. After all, an empty room is a wasted resource, and other guests might need it but can't book due to it showing as full. The room itself was generally fine, but not very spacious. I booked a city view, and at this price, I guess that's what I was paying for. The views from the restaurant and sea-view rooms were decent, but you really need good, sunny weather to appreciate them. On the morning of check-out, there was a mix-up with my friend's luggage, which delayed our departure by 10 minutes. Our driver, who had been waiting for quite a while, was visibly annoyed and almost canceled our ride.

I emailed the hotel in advance to ask about early check-in. When I got to the front desk around 10:30, they already had a room ready for me, and it was even on the top floor. The hotel's location is excellent, with a direct Airport Express connection to the airport. My check-in experience was perfect.

This is the tallest hotel in Hong Kong, with the lobby on the 103rd floor and the highest swimming pool on the 118th floor. Even though the hotel has been open for over 10 years, it's very well-maintained and doesn't look old at all. There's no extra charge for a child's rollaway bed, and the overall experience was excellent! Both the adults and kids were very satisfied.

This hotel in Hong Kong definitely boasts a great location and spacious rooms, but it comes at a high price. It's quite old, and the overall experience was just okay. While the front desk staff exuded a sense of prestige, the guest rooms themselves were rather average. I also wasn't a fan of the breakfast presentation; many items were placed right on the edge of the sofas, which felt odd! The food tasted ordinary, nothing particularly outstanding.

The city and sea views are both unique. The location is very convenient, with Elements mall right downstairs and Kowloon High-Speed Rail Station also downstairs. Check-in was fast, the room was spacious, and we were quickly seated by a window for breakfast. Highly recommended.

An absolutely perfect stay, with outstanding service and facilities. Our room boasted stunning harbor views, perfect for watching the sunset, and breakfast offered a magnificent panorama of Victoria Harbour. The service and overall experience are truly first-class in Hong Kong. The hotel's pool and spa facilities are exceptionally good; I'd definitely love to experience them again on my next visit. We even received a lovely little lion souvenir. The only minor drawback was the poor soundproofing of the room doors; corridor noises were very audible. Fortunately, there wasn't much foot traffic in the hallway, so it was generally quiet. However, the hotel really ought to consider improving the soundproofing in the future. Additionally, the beautiful view would unfortunately be obscured if it rains or if the sky is cloudy.

This is the most convenient hotel when traveling from mainland China to Hong Kong. You can easily walk to it from the high-speed rail station, so even on a rainy day, it's very convenient. The Elements shopping mall downstairs meets all dining and shopping needs and is great for browsing. We wanted to have afternoon tea; both the restaurant on the 103rd floor and the lobby lounge on the 102nd floor offer it. The restaurant always has afternoon tea sets available, but it finishes quite early, at 5:15 PM. The lobby lounge's afternoon tea requires a bit of advance booking; if you don't book, you can only order à la carte, and there aren't many options, nor is the presentation as exquisite as expected. The environment, however, is excellent, with expansive high-altitude views overlooking the islands and the sea, offering a unique perspective of Hong Kong. We stayed during the Mid-Autumn Festival and received mooncakes and lanterns, plus a late check-out, which we were very pleased with. My husband took the kids swimming and came back saying the staff were very attentive, helping to wash and spin-dry their swimsuits. The service was incredibly detailed. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a family stay where you just want to relax and not venture out. The service was excellent, making us feel right at home. The highlight was definitely the rooftop pool with its panoramic views of Victoria Harbour. The beef topping and shark fin dumplings at the Michelin two-star restaurant's breakfast buffet were amazing, and that restaurant also offers Harbour views. I'd definitely go back if I have the chance.

Traveling to Hong Kong during the 'Golden Week' holiday, I must first commend the transportation. If you're taking the high-speed rail, it's incredibly convenient as the hotel is located right above West Kowloon Station, meaning you can get there without needing to take the MTR or a bus. As for dining, the hotel offers both Chinese and Western restaurants, which is very handy, and you can also enjoy views of Victoria Harbour. Next, regarding the service, all the staff were very enthusiastic, and they also provide luggage storage. The only downside is that the hotel itself is a bit dated, but staying on a higher floor still offers a unique atmosphere.

Amazing views, absolutely worth the price. We booked a room facing Victoria Harbour, and the breakfast restaurant and gym offer views of the other side – essentially 270-degree panoramic views, which is fantastic. For breakfast, I recommend going before 8 AM; you'll most likely get a window seat.

Surreal location and spectacular views. I would recommend to spend the extra for a corner suite, ideally south west corner to enjoy both Hongkong Skyline and sunset over Lantau island.
