The hotel boasts an excellent location, conveniently close to the Hong Kong Palace Museum. It shares the same high standard as the Ritz-Carlton hotels I've stayed at in Chengdu and Xi'an: the rooms are comfortable and spacious, immaculately clean, and that capsule coffee really makes it feel like home.

The RITZ Carlton, ICC (International Commerce Centre), truly shines with its incredible breakfast views overlooking the entire Hong Kong Island. This was the main reason I chose to stay here a second time. Compared to hotels like The Rosewood or other hotels on Hong Kong Island, the price here is relatively more affordable. I mostly traveled by taxi, so I didn't pay much attention to subway convenience, though I believe the West Kowloon MTR Station is within walking distance. The hotel service, naturally, matches its star rating, and the facilities and amenities don't feel old or outdated. This time, there was a welcome tea, which was a nice touch. However, the staff assisting with the elevators seemed fewer than during my last visit. Since you have to switch elevators, it's easy to get confused and go the wrong way. I'd suggest putting up some signs if there aren't staff members to guide guests.

Excellent service and a great view. The Elements mall downstairs makes dining and shopping very convenient. The hotel even provided a universal adapter, which was a thoughtful touch.

The location is fantastic, right above the Park Central shopping mall, making everything from dining to daily essentials incredibly convenient. The room offers a great view of Victoria Harbour and is quite spacious for Hong Kong standards, though the hardware is a bit dated. It was just after my birthday, and the hotel even sent a small cake, which was a lovely touch.

Flawless location, facilities, and service! Having stayed at many Ritz properties, the one in Hong Kong is definitely top-tier. The executive lounge is on the 116th floor, and the Ctrip group discount offered great value for money. Our room was upgraded to one with Victoria Harbour night views, and complimentary welcome fruits were provided. Due to environmental policies, hotels in Hong Kong no longer offer bottled water like those in mainland China, but this hotel still provides large glass bottles of drinking water, which is very convenient. The swimming pool water temperature was incredibly comfortable, always around 30 degrees Celsius, making it the best among all Ritz-Carltons I've stayed at. However, it seems there's only a wet sauna, no dry sauna. The executive lounge also offers excellent food, and the staff's attitude is superb! The hotel's location in West Kowloon is very convenient for getting anywhere, and there's a shopping mall right downstairs. Plus, Tin Lung Heen, a two-Michelin-starred restaurant, is located within the hotel. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved this hotel, especially the attentive service from Kon, the manager on duty! We were personally escorted to our room from the lobby and even up the stairs. Can't wait to stay here again!

Slept soundly the first night, no issues. But on the second night, I wore the hotel's bathrobe and woke up in the middle of the night itching in my dream. I thought it was mosquito bites, four bumps on my arm, one on my neck, and then three on my back, incredibly itchy. Woke up in the morning with a red lump... already bitten... I'm a bit speechless. How could such a high-end hotel have fleas? ...All the bumps were scratched open...

Getting to Hong Kong Island from here isn't the most convenient, but the night view is stunning. If you're exploring Kowloon, it's super easy to catch the high-speed train to Guangzhou. The breakfast was also really good.

Service: The service was very warm, but I'm utterly confused and dissatisfied with the room service! Facilities: Every night, the room would reek of cooking fumes. I'm not sure if there's an issue with the ventilation system. The first time I reported it, hotel staff came, confirmed the strong cooking smell, and brought an air purifier, which did absolutely nothing. They then offered to arrange a car to take us to Disneyland the next day, which I accepted and was pleased with. The next day, it was fine, no smell. On the third day, the strong cooking smell returned. I reported it to the hotel again. Joey's proposed solution for my room was to refund the upgrade fee for two nights, implying that smells are subjective. Honestly, you could ask the staff who came twice if I was being subjective or if the cooking smell was objectively present. On the fourth night, the cooking smell was still there, but I was too tired to report it again since it seemed unresolvable. On checkout day, the front desk only refunded one night's upgrade fee. Joey, did I mishear? I left without clarity or waiting for someone to resolve it. Perhaps you think sleeping in cooking fumes is perfectly fine.

Don't worry about this hotel lacking anything, it has everything you could possibly need 😊 Plenty of drinking water, and even a plug adapter. The view is also great, though it would be even better if the glass outside were a bit cleaner. I really appreciate the little surprise you prepared for me. It would have been even more perfect if you had provided two plush toys, that was my only regret this time 😭. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hong Kong!

We stay in harbour view room with the excellence view of victoria harbour and can see SOL from the room. The meal in club lounge is great and service is very excellence. The location is convenient direct access to ICC mall and 10 minute walk to Kowloon station, also airport express.

An truly outstanding check-in experience. Every little detail was perfect, from the warm welcome and luggage assistance at the entrance to the turndown service leaving a small card and replenishing the coffee. It's truly worth the price.

I booked a room through Trip.com during Chinese New Year. When I checked in, I asked at the front desk and found out the room faced Lantau Island. I wanted a room facing Victoria Harbour, so I paid an extra fee for the upgrade. The hotel environment is absolutely stunning 👍, and the service is exceptional 👍. It's a total of 118 floors, with the front desk on the 103rd floor. We stayed on the 109th floor, and the view was incredible, truly amazing! 👍 The 102nd floor has a Michelin-starred restaurant, and the environment and service there were also beyond reproach! 👍
