We had a long day of flying and didn’t get to Hong Kong till around 12:30, the hotel is located very close to the Kowloon rail station, was able to check in at 1am. The man who serviced up was lovely (even though we speak 0 Cantonese), upgraded up to deluxe room. **note no water bottles in room, vending machine outside hotel** slept well, AC worked great. Upon check out the lady at the counter offered to call us a cab but also gave us directions to walk back to the rail way. For a budget stay in Hong Kong I’d recommend!

Getting there was a breeze. From West Kowloon, I exited Austin Station, walked through the underpass, turned left onto the main road, and the hotel was right there. The location is incredibly convenient. I was pleasantly surprised to find my room offered a sea view – a lovely unexpected bonus! Do note that it seems most hotels in Hong Kong no longer provide disposable toiletries like toothbrushes and toothpaste, so remember to pack your own. The only minor downside was the absence of a power adapter in the room.

The hotel is conveniently located near West Kowloon, though it feels a bit dated and its overall cleanliness was only average. A frequent issue was the lack of hot water late at night. My overall experience at this hotel was mediocre. Room cleanliness was barely acceptable; there was some dust on the desk and the bathroom corners weren't as tidy as they should be. Service was unremarkable; check-in at the front desk was slow, and staff responses to questions often felt a bit dismissive. The location is quite convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. However, soundproofing was average, as hallway noise was audible at night. Value for money was just average, making it suitable mainly for budget-conscious travelers looking for a short stay.

Very nice and cozy room loved it. The hotel's location is unbeatable. Just a short walk from popular attractions, restaurants, and shopping districts, it made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The views from the upper floors are breathtaking, especially at sunset.

15 min away from Kowloon station this one of the worst hotels that I’ve ever been to. The toilet is extremely dirty and poor maintained, carpet is disgusting. Service is ok and can speak English, no problem with that at all.

I picked this inn mainly due to its proximity to West Kowloon Station and subway stations. The price was reasonable and the room was clean. This inn doesn’t provide breakfast, but there are tons of restaurants nearby. Great for anyone looking for convenience and price!

Hotel is off the far end of Jordan Road, very near to Austin Station, though Jordan station is a little further, also a short walk to Kowloon station where u can just take to Hong Kong station which is beside Central Station in Hong Kong Island. The express bus to Macao is just one street away from the hotel. Airport Bus 21 also stop two or streets away at Jordan/Battery Street. Overall quite a pleasant stay except the aircon is pretty cold, have to switch it off as the room is cool enough.

The most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed. The bathroom was full of hair and ants everywhere.

I put 4 in service although ehat I wanna review is the hinesty of the housekeeping. I left my pouch with koney, credit cards and IDs in the room and only realized it when Im already in the airport when I was aBout to board. Upon calling they said they have it in safekeeping so thumbs up in honesty there. Now about sevice the front desk was of little help when asked about uber taxi and semma like he did not know much about it. Not too keen in helping to. As for the space of the room it’s a little too tight and opening your luggage would be a challenge. Not ideal for family

The hotel is near MTR , it convenient to walk around the room really spacious and staff so nice and helpful.

There’s nothing great about the hotel other than its close proximity to the HK West Kowloon Station for travellers who need to take the high speed train into China. It is only about 7 mins short walk using the underground passage leading to Austin Station which is linked to the high speed train station. No toiletries nor even bottled water are provided. Not worth the stay considering the price.
