"Terrible place and customer service. I called to inform the front desk for a late check in since we got stuck with a non-moving traffic and very bad thunder storms. The front desk officer told me not to worry as i will be able to check in at anytime since they are there for 24 hrs. To my surprise when we arrive, their door is locked. We knocked for almost and hour but nobody responded. I called there contact number but no one answered. We were on the road for 12 hrs and arrived with no place to stay. Horrible place with worst customer service."

Then there was one available after all, so we went there—mind you, at 2 a.m.—and the room was occupied, with someone sleeping in it. They gave us another room, which was mostly fine."
