The hotel rooms feature laminated glass windows, providing excellent sound insulation, allowing you to enjoy views of planes taking off and landing nearby without the noise."

"Very good hotel, clean, nice staff, the location is convenient for people arriving at Heathrow. It’s far from the main attractions in London, but I managed to use the public transportation. Took me around one hour to get to Paddington. There are some markets and restaurants nearby."

"It's a hygiene issue. I was so surprised that when I came into the room, the bottle of water provided was already opened by someone else. The location is acceptable, about a 15-minute walk from the nearest station."

Small gym, Laundry and dryer self-disposable detergent, however requires coins to operate. Overall restful stay"

"The room is spacious, the staff is courteous, the breakfast variety is sufficient, and the restaurant environment is comfortable. It is very convenient to get to and from Heathrow, so it is very suitable for family guests. However, there are few restaurants or shops nearby."

"My room was upgraded and ready for me on arrival, it was very clean and there was also complementary water in my room. The Holiday Inn staff were very accommodating and helpful in every way. "One night stay at heathrow after a flight. Emailed hotel the night before to ask for a nice view as it was my brothers birthday treat and he loved watching the planes. Had already booked a runway view room but some are on lower floors so more restricted. On arrival at the hotel they had upgraded us to a suite which was a really lovely gesture however we had booked a twin and the suite was a double. We asked for the sofa bed to be made up. After 4 visits to reception and a 5 hour wait, housekeeping finally made up the sofa bed. By this point we were extremely tired as we'd had a really long day so it did damper our experience a little. The birthday cake and note in the suite were a lovely touch. With the upgrade, we were given access to the executive lounge which has a great view over the runway to watch the planes. Drinks available all day with alcohol in the evening and canapés. Unlike every other executive lounge ive been to, the canapés were served plated to your table which seemed a little strange and also made the service very slow as the lounge was full. Also meant there was a higher level of wastage as people didnt want some of the selection. Based on this visit, I wouldn't book a room for the lounge access. There are much better hotels at the airport with better lounges if that's what your looking for. Beds were extremely comfortable. Lovely bathroom. Again, great view of the runway. Aircon wouldn't go below 20 which was a little annoying with how warm London is at the moment. Great selection at breakfast. Friendly staff. Delicious food. I would stay here again but wouldn't worry about access to the executive lounge as that was disappointing."

"Location is near walking distance to Hounslow Central tube station. Many outlets for eating and groceries shop , close to Hounslow high street. The whole guest house is quite clean , spacious ,  modernised and eye catching decorations. I booked for the cheapest a small  single room with shared bathroom, even that the room has many things to offer - a small fridge with a free water bottle, a kettle with tea/ coffee and a biscuit warmly welcome showing hospitality, a safe , a hairdryer , hangers and wardrobe, a double fan ! Bedside switch and both usb and sockets close to bed . Bed is comfy and nice pillows .A flat TV ( sometimes signals are not very good but at least easy  to browse and watch )and free WiFi . There is a bigger fridge and a microwave and sitting area downstairs . There is a free car parking which is really a bonus for us and also quite spacious and for at least 12-14 cars and has some shades from trees. The reception and staff are very helpful and kind .I have appointment at 10 in the downtown travel with underground over 1 hr + walking time 15-20 mins and unfortunately there were triple booked at 10 am and a long wait made me come back late by 12:25 but kindly allow to keep my car till I come. All in all, I booked another date in November to come back ."

"A room with a Concorde view! Great hotel for early flight. We have experienced other hotels at Heathrow and this one is the best. Very friendly staff, clean, great location. We walk to the tube in the morning, 5 mins walk and a short free tube ride to the airport terminal. Good is nice in the pub/restaurant and again competitive compared to some other overpriced hotels at Heathrow."
