My son and I stayed on the fourth floor. The room had a musty smell, the bed was saggy, and the whole room looked old and run-down. It wasn't very clean.

The room was clean and the location was convenient. The owner was incredibly kind and super friendly. We were very impressed!

Good value for money. It's my go-to place to relax whenever I visit Hua Hin. Just be aware that you'll need a car, as it's situated quite a bit off the main road.

I left earlier then booked it. To stay there any further would be to stop respect myself. Just horribly dirty area, the house is extremely dirty too. Rooms are okay, but I had to change it 3 times for reasons. Rooms are not the once from the picture. You will also hear everything: your neighbours, motorcycles around, water pump loudly on and off whenever your neighbours turn the water on, music from the bars nearby.. And only the birds singing in the morning saved the situation 😂

The room was absolutely excellent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly to keep it cool. The staff managing the property were incredibly kind. It's in a great location with a beautiful view, and there are delicious food options right outside the building.

The accommodation is located down an alley, a bit removed from the city center. There's a convenience store right at the alley's entrance. Parking is available, though the access road is a little narrow. Key card access is required for the building, which also has an elevator. The room itself is spacious. The blanket is a fluffy type; it's not thick but still keeps you warm. However, the pillows are a bit thin, and shampoo is not provided. Overall, it's decent for the very affordable price. If you want to ensure a comfortable sleep, bringing your own pillow and blanket would be a good idea.

The staff provided good service, but their attitude wasn't very welcoming, and there was ongoing construction.

Just so-so budget place. Nothing special, but not so bad at the same time. They ask to pay deposit for the keycard. It's not easy to find on Google maps, because you need to type "Huahin", not "Hua Hin". At the same time the second building is written as "Hua Hin". I don't know why

The location is a bit out of the way for dining and attractions, but it offers excellent value for money.

Great location with balcony even seaview! Very clean, good value, would give 55tar only WiFi didn't work in room! But other than that really good.

Ok Hotel very clean and staff friendly, i First Need It a room in Emergency and they helped me with luggaeges untill the Door room
