"I was staying at the hotel in May. There were two things that impressed me. On the day of check-in, I encountered heavy rain because of the large luggage. The front desk brother took the initiative to hold an umbrella to carry the luggage for us. Instead, his clothes were mostly wet. When I checked out, I was in a hurry to catch the high-speed rail ID card in the room. It’s too late to go back to the hotel to pick up. It’s this little brother who took the initiative to take a taxi to send me the certificate on the day of vacation. There is no delay in the high-speed rail. It can be seen that the hotel staff have a very strong service spirit and the service level is very high. I will definitely choose again next time I come to Huaihua. You guys!"

"The best part by far was that they have dryers!!! As an American living in China I've missed having soft, machine dried clothes. They have a completely free self serve laundry room.
The room was clean and stocked with all necessities and the bed was nice and comfy. The staff were very nice and offered me hot tea and water everytime I was in the lobby.
Its about a 20 minute walk from Huaihua South train station, but other than that the location is unremarkable. Overall I would stay at an Atour hotel in the future."

"The first time I stayed at the all-season hotel, it was really good value. The room was large, clean and tidy. From the front desk staff to the service, the environment was very good. At least it was very convenient around. The facilities were very good. There was a free laundry and drying room and gym on the first floor. Everything is fully equipped and very satisfied!"

Facilities: relatively complete, convenient parking, good dining environment, reasonable room functional division, but the power cord of the wall-mounted hair dryer is relatively short, and the warm air is not strong.
Hygiene: The hotel does not do a good job in smoking control, and there is a strong smell of smoke in the elevator.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel, visited nearby old towns. The hotel is new, well designed, spacious and very modern.
The standout feature is the service. Xiao Li at the front desk was super helpful, went above and beyond to help us find transport options for getting around the region.
We enjoyed our stay immensely :)

MM.O.T.A.S around the worldGreat location, we got 2 bedrooms with river view, which was beautiful. Both rooms were very spacious and clean. TV was working fine, even found an English speaking channel. The reception staff were very patient and helpful with the topic of registering foreigners and made us feel welcomed. Breakfast was the usual, fruit, boiled eggs, other vegetables and soup. Comfortable beds, working air conditioning. Over all a good stay and recommended.

GGuest UserSo this is the weirdest hotel which I've stayed.
The location is closed to the high speed train station but the only way to get to the hotel is via taxi / DiDi (equivalent to uber) as there r highways in front of the hotel. The ride only costs less than ¥10 1 way.
It's located in the middle of various car show rooms and there are basically nothing else there. (There is a so called restaurant and supermarket which is on the same building) and that's it.
The hotel is on top of a a car show room. Even the DiDi driver who sent me was amazed there's a hotel at such a location.
Nevertheless, the room and bathroom are clean w centralised heating and everything is meeting expectations except for the location. They even threw in a welcome fruit basket for the guests.
If u don't mind just staying closed to the high speed train station and in the middle of nowhere, I think its a decent place to stay in.

Nearby is the Dongmen Ancient City Wall Relics Park, suitable for a walk at night.
The room size is relatively large and the TV can be screened. The bed was moderately hard and soft, very quiet at night, and the rest was very good.
Breakfast has wide rice noodles, Hunan characteristics, super fragrant, very delicious.

GGuest UserThe hotel room was very spacious, clean and modern. The hotel has a small convenience store inside/in the lobby providing necessities. We booked a room with a land mark view which was not provided, or could not be provided since there is no actual land mark around the hotel itself, so it should not be listed as such. Hotel is located next to a mall/ pedestrian street with food stalls, but it seems like the mall itself is closed or partially closed, probably because of chinese new year. It can be very loud during the day and during the night, due to it also being located next to bars. Also there is a big screen playing ads until late in the evening, which can also be heard in the hotel room. Although there are smoking prohibited signs in the rooms (atleast in our room that was stated as a non-smoking room) and in the elevators, it smelled like cigarettes all the time and pretty much everywhere, even on the bedding itself, so if you are a non smoker or sensitive to smells, you should probably check with staff beforehand.

SSupakarnA bit complicated to find the hotel as it’s located on the second floor of an apartment complex inside the sketchy alley, but the hospitality of the auntie staff is exceptional. I forgot to inform her that I need to check out early for the night train, but she managed to open the locked front door for me at 2 AM. Room is as you pay for. I didn’t expect much, so it’s above par for me. It’s the most budget-friendly hotel nearby Huaihua railway station for sure.
