"We were staying for a short break on our trip, and based on the principle of staying for one night, we chose this hotel for its good value. I have to say, the room was indeed large, with a bathtub, which the kids were very surprised about, and I loved it too. There was a slight odor in the room, and walking in slippers felt a bit sticky, but these were minor issues. The most outrageous thing was that when the kids wanted to take a bath, I cut my hand on some glass shards in the tub when I started to fill it with water. I called the front desk, and they sent someone up to check. They thought it might have been washed away by the current and didn't see anything. They said they couldn't give an explanation, but they would report it. When I checked out the next day, no one at the front desk explained the situation to me. They coldly checked me out without even a word of concern. Then, when the kids wiped their hands with a towel, they found it was dirty and asked if it hadn't been washed. It was really speechless!"

"It's really wise to choose the all-season hotel for this trip! As soon as I entered the lobby, the simple and atmospheric decoration style made people feel good, and the air was still filled with a faint fresh Zen tea fragrance, which instantly dispersed the fatigue of the journey.
The front desk staff was warm and efficient, the check-in was fast, and the hotel's services were introduced intimately. The room was better than expected, clean and tidy, needless to say, the layout was particularly reasonable, and the space was just right. The bedding was soft and the pillow was comfortable. I slept well all night. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the toiletries are of high quality and are gentle and comfortable to use."

After seeing each guest arrive at the store, the waiter will offer a cup of tea in Atour Village. The details are really good. I have to say that the room is very smart. There is a small speaker to control the lights and curtains. Really lazy Fuxing at night on the second floor and late night porridge for me is very light and warm. I stayed for two consecutive days and we needed to have a meeting the next day. It also helped us find the venue. The room was spacious and airy, and the front desk was very helpful, offering a gift, which I readily accepted when I asked for an extra. It was so thoughtful and completely surpassed my expectations for hotels in this price range. The most surprising thing was the intelligent, attentive service—scanning a QR code at the table provided free facial cleanser, face towels, eyebrow pencil, and other essentials—even for those last-minute makeup needs! As a newly opened hotel, the facilities were pristine and clean, and the attention to detail was truly exceptional. The experience far surpassed even some five-star hotels. I highly recommend it!

The breakfast is rich and varied, combining Chinese and Western cuisines to meet the taste needs of different guests. What surprised me most was the hotel’s homemade rice noodles, which had a smooth texture, delicious soup, and a variety of ingredients. It was very memorable and started the day full of energy.
In addition to delicious food, the hotel's environment is also very comfortable. The room is spacious and bright, elegantly decorated, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, allowing you to have a good night's sleep. The hotel's service is impeccable. The staff is warm, thoughtful, and meticulous, always paying attention to the needs of the guests, making people feel at home.
In general, Huatai International Phoenix Hotel is first-class in both hardware facilities and software services, especially the delicious breakfast and thoughtful service, which added a wonderful memory to my journey. Next time I come, I will definitely choose here again!

GGuest UserIf I could, I would five more than a 5 stars! The hotel was perfect! The staff were friendly and kind, the room was quiet, silent and the bed was very confortable! The breakfast were amazing with asian and ocidental options! But more than that, the hostess and owner Lewis was very helpful with us. He pick us up from the airport, he gave us some city tips, he helped us with the translation and some services we needed to do! Very helpful, friendly and kind! We appreciate all the things he and his staff did for us! I strongly recommend it!
