"Hue is cleaner than other cities in Vietnam. This hotel is also very clean. The staff took off their shoes when delivering the luggage. The room is not big but has a very French feel. The price is very reasonable. A fruit box is given in the room. Petals are placed on the bed, which is very romantic. The breakfast is also very good. The location is also very good. It is very convenient to go anywhere. It is very convenient to walk to Bar Street and Boat Station. The staff Ryan, Kelly, and Thanh are all very warm and friendly. I was very tired after shopping for a morning and didn’t want to go out. I had already checked out and was resting in the hotel. Kelly also helped us order takeaway lunch. "Good and proper 4 star hotel. Very kind and competent staff, especially Mr.Nguyen who helped us with our further bookings. The location is nice, not loud, there are a few restaurants and coffee shops around it. The breakfast is decent and you can see the whole city from the top(restaurant) floor. The pool is not very big, but it has depth and is a good place to chill and relax when not exploring around. Overall good value for money."

"Good: Room is clean. Shower is separated. There is a bathtub for a great soap also. It has a indoor Swimming pool, steam room and suana room. Melia is one of the tallest building in Hue. Not So Good: The aircon is so warm in the day and too cold in the night no matter how you adjust it. Service is just average. Even if there is 4 Lift, the waiting time for the lift is slow during peak hour and it is moving too slow."
