"I had decent stay overall. The loc is convenient and the staff friendly & helpful. However, a few thing could be improved to enhance the guest experience.
1. The RM5 flat rate for parking feels a bit unnecessary- perhaps it could be waived for hotel guests that stay overnight.
2. Noticed a lingering smell of smoke in the toilet, possibly from previous guest, which was a bit unpleasant.
3. In-room dining menu seemed quite overpriced compared to nearby options or GrabFood.
With a few small adjustments, this place could offer an even better stay."

"Hotel selesa sangat²!! Saya ambil King Suite Room, ada window view (view mamak depan hotel). Saya bawa hairdryer and steam iron, rupanya dekat hotel dah ada 🥰 Hotel pun guna steam iron philips. Area ironing siap ada penyangkut dan air untuk refill dalam iron. So far sangat selesa + staff semua friendly! Nak cari makan or pergi mall pun tak jauh dari hotel 😘"

"The Evo Soho Condo is right next to a mall, with many Restaurants, Shops, Supermarket, Food Court etc. So it was great. And the Staffs of Comfort Zone Guest House & Condo building are friendly."

"I had a wonderful experience staying at Raintree Boutique Hotel in Kajang. The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a very cozy and relaxing environment. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready with a smile. The location is convenient, close to many shops and eateries, yet the hotel remains quiet and peaceful—perfect for a restful break. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kajang."

"staying 2 nights here for work meeting. no pool, but there is bangi wonderland nearby. you can let your kids play at the playground walkable distance from hotel. Breakfast not much of option considering weekdays, hence not much of crowd. room not really sound proof, i can hear cutlery clinking every morning (1st level room, just above the cafe)"

SSara EusofNice hotel..but this time need to put deposit for RM250 🥹 this my 3rd time stay this hotel..before this never put any deposit. Like hmm bcuz nowadys banyak hotel tidak ambil deposit.
The pro..family room is big space. Bersih. I came for 4 person. Good! Towel..bantal..cawan ok utk 4 org. Tapi toiletries cuma 2 set shj 🥹 aircond sejuk bagus. Shower kuat.. great !!
The cons.. 1st hotel i check TIADA SELIPAR di bilik and when i ask for selipar kena bayar rm 5 😅 mcm haaaa!! Sejuk kot lantai bilik.
Then..my rooms at level 1.. atas bilik tak tahu ballroom atau apa..sangat bising dan boleh dgr org lari sana sini. Sangat menganggu utk berehat. I call reception minta tolong remain jgn bising sgt 😬 Breakfast just ok ok je. Tapi mcm tak berbaloi dgn harga. Tak bnyk pilihan dan rasa biasa je nyah 😂
Menang kat hotel ni pool dia besar dan banyak 😍🥰 utk yg ada kids nak main pool berbaloilah.

Room: Clean, modern, and new. However, slow check-in process. Waited until 5 pm to get the keys to the room.
Housekeeping: I booked for 2 nights. On the second day, the housekeeper did not make up the room, although I had requested it since morning.

MMaiyoThe hotel offers a comfortable and pleasant experience — the room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the overall environment felt welcoming and relaxing. However, the water pressure in the bathroom was a bit slow, which could be improved for a better shower experience.
One small suggestion: consider providing a buggy service to transport guests between the hotel and the parking area. Currently, there’s no covered pedestrian walkway, so it can be inconvenient walking under the hot sun or during rainy weather.
Still, a great place to stay, and I’d definitely come back!

MMellphantasmThe place is great for families to have a relaxing mall holiday where they can take time and enjoy the condo facilities. We had problem with the condo parking door where the sensor at level 10 wasn’t functioning well, so we had to wait with our baby for 30 minutes to get in.
The staff handling the whatsapp chat was fast, so kudos to them for helping me out the entire time im there.
However, i still think the management can be improved in my experience of checking in and checking out. I don’t think the communication was that well with the person in charge but thank you for trying.
Also if u are staying here, please look out for the colourful cockroaches poison laying around if u have an infant or toddlers who still pickup whatever and put in their mouth. My son almost died ! But fortunately we saw him before he put it in his mouth.

AAzmalIt's a small room for a standard type. The toilet was clean with all the basic amenities except for the shower. It's a bit crammed, hardly enough to swing to get showered. Poorly designed.
By the way, there are many food outlets nearby and I enjoyed eating there.

GGuest UserIt's not as bad as the reviews say. Two people and two single beds for only 50 bucks. What else do you want to choose?
The air-conditioning is cold enough, the toilet is clean, the waiter is smiling and there is a 24-hour counter. There is food next door.
Except that the overnight stay is not good and it is a little dirty and the room has a damp smell (which disappeared after a while), I can't choose anything else.
I will come back to stay here. High performance 😉

Ssad sunflowerI really like the friendly frontdesk staff lady. I love that theres a cat just sit at the loby couch 🥰. Its a really big room for single room. Got hot water n hair dryer, body soap n shampoo n electric kettle. No cofee, tea toothbrush or shower cap. The tv is okay got general chanel. But suprisingly got iron n ironboard with a really big wardrobe. Overall i like my stay there. Just the frontdesk counter really high ahaha i need to tiptoe to sign the form 😆

IIzz TanLocation: from the main road to Lilla Rainforest Retreat 2km. The road to get there is a bit bad. It's true that the end is just found. At night if you want to go out to eat, you have to go back out.. already inside there are no restaurants.
Check in : 3pm - receptionist okay ready to show you where the room is.
Room: Family Room is spacious and comfortable. There is a fan and air conditioner in the living room and every room. room 1 has 1 queen bed & 1 single bed. room 2 has 2 single beds. The living room is also spacious. If you bring a toto/air mattress, you can sleep a lot more. There is a dining table with 4 chairs.
Bathroom: big.. just the water is very slow. you have to be patient..
There are: towels, toothpaste, instant coffee, sugar, cups, small mineral water & electric kettle.
No: tv, fridge, phone line and internet.
so you can't call, whatsapp, check social media and anything else that requires mobile data. Qibla direction is not in the room, so you need to ask the receptionist as well.
Wifi: available in the lobby only.
Swimming Pool: Large and has 2 slides. water comes from the river. super cold.. you can bathe from morning to night. there are lights at night. if you don't want to bathe in the swimming pool, you can also bathe by the side of the creek. look at the place too.. because there are stones, right?
Atmosphere: cool, calm and peaceful. because you can't use a phone so it's healing with nature alone 🌸 you can hear the sound of the river flowing from the room.
BBQ: yes, but there is a fee for the bbq pit. You have to prepare the rest yourself.
Breakfast: 8-10am only in the main hall (next to the swimming pool)
