"The security of the apartment is pretty good. You have to swipe a card to enter the door, but the hygiene inside is not good. There is a supermarket, convenience store, and McDonald's downstairs. The overall location is okay, but the hygiene of the hotel is average."

"The staff is very polite in treating this elderly aunt. Almaklum xlarat stood up for a long time so sat on the sofa. Large spacious room. Clean. The most important thing is that the breakfast is delicious even if the menu is simple. It's just the location in front of the hospital 🚑🚑🚑 even 💤😴 is disturbed because aunt 👂🏼 leech 🤣🤭

Verdict
I guess I can't complain much when i'm far away from the city centre and out of town in Kajang. Looking back maybe it is quite decent. Would I come back? Certainly, because it is right beside the MRT across the road. At the same time I would try to find a better hotel if I have my own vehicle."

"The location of the hotel is easier to find, the price is relatively close to the people, the environmental facilities are average, the decoration is old, it looks relatively old, the surrounding meals are more convenient, the service is okay, there are waiters who can understand Chinese, and it doesn’t matter if they don’t speak English. YYanaboiIt's our 1st time here and we fell in love with the ambience and scenery. It's a kids friendly hotel and suitable for chill and relax. The best thing about this place, it has variety of restaurants to dine in. So we are not bored with just the hotel food. Although the interior hotel was a bit old design but it was well maintained and clean. Will repeat again next time.

AAba MiHad a staycation with my family. It was an OK experience. We got a room at the other building called the Suites Tower. It felt more like an apartment rather than a hotel. The overall feeling is that it's quite old. The beds were nice and comfy. Internet was good.
Due to its size, I can imagine how hard it is for the staff to maintain. For example, there's a dry toothpaste on the side of the bathtub. One of the remotes also ran out of batteries. The aircond is not quiet. In addition, the breakfast was average for the combo price. The water pressure at the bathtub was also really slow, while the other bathroom had the strong one. If you are picky, there's a lot to pick on.
Outside the hotel buildings, it's littered with road cones. If you take the wrong exit from parking, you have to go straight to the main road, no turning back into the main hotel lobby - a pain if you're checking out. Parking is also RM5 per day where you have to call frontdesk to validate. If you're lucky to get the limited car parks on the ground floor, then it's free.
Location wise, you're close to Bangi's good parts. Also close to IOI City Mall.
On Google Maps, it's listed as a five star hotel. I don't think I can agree with this. I'd say it's only really worth it through promos and discounts. I can't imagine myself paying full price. I got a good offer with Trip.com & cashback with ShopBack (my referral code is ”HvdYtl”).
I do think the service was ok. Bell service is available even in the other building. The employees are accommodating. Checkin & checkout was fast. There are some good things to look forward to. Just don't expect too much.

SSPSLAs I had to attend a function at BACC, this hotel is one the most convenient one other than Le'genda since it is walking distance ie. right in front of the cinvention centre. The hotel is not very well maintained. Drainage in bathroom was slow hence water accumulated quickly when showering.

MMaiyoThe hotel offers a comfortable and pleasant experience — the room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the overall environment felt welcoming and relaxing. However, the water pressure in the bathroom was a bit slow, which could be improved for a better shower experience.
One small suggestion: consider providing a buggy service to transport guests between the hotel and the parking area. Currently, there’s no covered pedestrian walkway, so it can be inconvenient walking under the hot sun or during rainy weather.
Still, a great place to stay, and I’d definitely come back!

BBlueberryOThis place is fun and clean, the only thing I would say is that they could’ve catered more to kids with kids toothbrushes and a stool for a little kids and kids shampoo, etc. The Thai restaurant is really beautiful on the water. The breakfast buffet is delicious with lots of choices. Everything is really close to the hotel room and it’s walking distance, but there is a buggy service if you need to for your luggage.  stocks are very helpful as I forgot to pack something and was left in the room. Recommend to come during low season.

Was great! Not very crowded and easy car parking
ROOM :-
We requester the rooms with the glass window bathroom but got it a normal one , but it's okay we were just fine with it. However we book a deluxe king which was not the same as the picture shown online , bed setting was totally different but it's okay.
STAFF :-
They were just okay. The guy receptionist which worked when on the evening shift during was very friendly and we loved his service.
LIFT :-
It will be great if you can take note about the lift , cause everytime it stops at any floor it make some sort of sound and movement which made us thought the first time lift has stopped and we're stuck in it but it was just how its stopped to open up 😅
OVERALL :-
The 3 days and 2 night stay was just fine.

MMNS_96Overall for me okay. Cuma yang menjadi kurang okay mula jam 4 pagi bunyi mcm dlm bideo dekat bawah ni. Sampailah ke pagi. Stay dekat 3rd floor. Banyak kali terjaga sebab benda ni. Not stop dekat situ je, pukul 5-6 pagi pulak dengar lagu cabilla cabillo dengan adele nak tido tapi telayan dengan lagu jadi malas nak gerak siot 😂
