conenient location

This is the best looking Garden Inn I have been, inside out, comfortable room and bed, and very nice bathroom. However, AC and refrigerator were not working, they could not fix it. The room key was not working for the garage as it should.

shade won’t cover whole window. Need to repaint the room wall.

Bad service, no hair dryer when we checked in. No slipper, toothbrush, and utencils were provided in the room. If you want it, you have to pay money for it, which is ridiculous. Paid the price of around 300 plus sgd per night. Totally not worth it. The location aren't perfect too. Highly not recommended. Staff attitude is bad.

Very nice room and sleep well

Not good choice, bed quality is poor, sofa even worse, air in room not work properly; staff try to help however no result till midnight…

Good stay, were there for a game in the Tivoli Stadion and for that it was perfect as it is only over the street near the stadion

Very soft poor pillows with no kettle in the room nothing at all poor breakfast 15€ parking no one to help with the bags

I arrived after 9 pm, and a quick check revealed that many restaurants were closed! Luckily, the hotel restaurant offered light meals, and I had the best fries of the entire trip. The breakfast selection was extensive! The food was delicious, and the service was excellent!

Everything is good, the price is very suitable, the room is big, there is a free welcome card, and the bus ticket is very convenient to go to different places

Good and clean hotel. Location on a very busy street and I thought 20 euros per night for the parking space in the garage was too much.

Hotel outside the center, related to the Hilton group and still under RENOVATION, requests for SUPPLEMENTS on arrival and PAID PARKING at €20 per night. Do the math carefully!!! I booked a room on Trip.com, but the hotel cancelled the reservation a few hours later while I was in transit and on the pretext that they no longer had the type of room requested available (basic room for 2 people). Realizing this at the last moment (on arrival in fact) I found myself without a pied-a-terre. So I asked for an explanation from the receptionist who gave me the previous reason. However, the hotel was clearly far from full that evening. And these rooms were available, but at a price higher than €40 by paying for an additional person, and without breakfast (supplement of €20/person). In summary, rooms very/too expensive to be far from the center, too many supplements to pay, far from the standing that one is entitled to expect from this type of hotel. They cancel reservations and do not respect their partners: travel agency and even less the customers My advice: go see elsewhere.
