good experience and very accommodative

The room is so comfortable, there are 2 times cleaning a day, normally in the morning once and in the evening will be offered the second time. They will offer chocolates too and it’s tasty. The concierge is very helpful also, they help us arrange skydive during our stay and the experience was so nice. Will stay here again someday.

The hotel is decorated in a gorgeous style, with English Victorian style reflected in the corridor chandeliers, exquisite glass, and marble columns with elegant carvings. The garden and the greenhouse tropical plant elements in the lobby provide a sense of vacation. The location is within a 10-minute walk from Interlaken West Station and East Station. There is a large lawn in front of the gate for paragliders to land (paragliders can scan the QR code to make reservations). During the day, you can see the misty Eiger and Jungfrau mountain groups. If you want to go to Jungfrau, you can take the train from Interlaken East, but the recommended route is to go to Grindelwald terminal station (within 30 minutes), take the cable car up the mountain from there, and then take another route back to Interlaken East. The hotel is equipped with a 20m indoor swimming pool, several small soaking pools, outdoor soaking pools, and contact spa service facilities such as saunas. But the venue is not large. Indoor tennis courts need to be reserved in advance, and equipment can be rented. The internal environment is of medium level. Try to arrive on time. We arrived late at noon and no one opened the door for us. The breakfast is average, I feel that the breakfast in Swiss hotels is average, and the juice is not good. The interior design of the room is good, but the view outside the window depends on the room type and luck. The angle of the window outside the window of many rooms is not facing the mountain, but facing the hotel's internal garden. If you want to take pictures of the balcony scenery with the mountain view, some small hotels are more photogenic. It is worth mentioning that you must remember to choose the right number of guests. I chose a single person and wanted to stay in a double room, but they said they would charge 100 francs.

The hotel is located at the foot of the Jungfrau Mountain, with beautiful scenery and quiet environment. There are also shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel will send welcome fruits and chocolates, which is very heartwarming.

One of the most beautiful hotels in Interlaken. As long as the weather is good, you can see the Alps from the balcony and enjoy the paragliding at the door. The service is superb. Highly recommended! ! !

The hotel is relatively old, the advantage is that the breakfast is rich, if you want to go paragliding, it is very convenient, because the landing lawn is opposite the hotel, the disadvantage is that the mini bar is very expensive, the room is small, the balcony room booked by Ctrip was not recognized when checking in, but we insisted and finally gave us a small balcony. In short, the overall feeling is average, you can choose another hotel when you go to Interlaken.

The best and most expensive hotel in the area. The room facing the Jungfrau during the peak season costs nearly 20,000 per night, which is still painful. It's my second time staying here. I made a mistake the first time and booked a suite, thinking it must face the Jungfrau, but it turned out not to be. It was an L-shaped room, half of which faced the mountain behind. So the view of the suite is definitely better than all the big beds. Later, I asked the front desk, and they told me that if I wanted to book a room facing the Jungfrau, I should remember one word: all the rooms with deluxe face the Jungfrau. I booked it correctly the second time, but I didn't communicate by email in advance, so I was given a room on the 3rd floor. I forgot whether it was 5 or 6 floors in total, so after booking, remember to ask the agent to email and reserve a room on a high floor. I think the overall cost performance is average. It's enough to experience it once. For the same price, I can book an airbnb nearby with a view 10 blocks away for a week (see the last picture)

The room was nice and the overall environment of the hotel was great. The only downside was that the room was not checked in advance and the bathroom was unusable. The contact person came to repair it at night but it was not fixed. We changed to a new room the next day to make up for it. I hope that the room can be checked in advance before selling it.
