"A great hotel, great value for money! It's not good in one aspect, but a hotel that is particularly good in all aspects. It is almost perfect in this price range of tourist attractions! It is the best hotel I have ever stayed in! Highly recommended! I saw other people's comments saying it was very cold before, but we stayed for three nights in a row, and it was not cold at all, and even felt a little hot. We even opened the window to sleep at night.

Although the rafting time is short, it is very photogenic and you can definitely see the rime! And you don’t have to worry about getting wet, it is very gentle, especially suitable for taking pictures"

"The room was good and the bed was massive, but the air conditioning wasn't very powerful. Fortunately, Changbai Mountain gets cool at night, so opening the balcony door allowed for a comfortable sleep. The illuminated lawn (which serves as a ski slope in winter) was a great spot for an evening jog; it was truly refreshing.
Pros: A wide range of activities, well-rounded facilities, and an excellent hotel location (though its proximity to the commercial street meant it could be a bit noisy). The breakfast spread was generous.
Cons: The air conditioning wasn't cooling adequately, the swimming pool only opened at 1 PM, and the Hanla Mountain Hot Springs were extremely overcrowded."

"A massive shoutout to Changbaishan Wanda Jinhua Suite Hotel! After a 4-night stay last week, we're completely won over. Building No. 2's location is incredibly convenient, with the water park, hot spring, and slides all just a stone's throw away! Our two-bedroom suite was incredibly spacious, perfect for our two little ones who staged daily sofa-bouncing 'disco' and car racing battles.
Special commendation to the entire service team! From check-in, they were incredibly responsive to every request: arranging cars, shuttle bus reminders, and housekeeping was always prompt! Deliveries were super fast too! A special thank you to Manager Benjamin! The water park only opened at 12 PM, and my son wanted to play, but as a mom, I couldn't enter the men's changing room with him. Manager Benjamin immediately arranged a late check-out for us, which instantly solved this tricky situation! This thoughtful gesture was even more heartwarming than the hot springs!
The front desk staff explained the hotel's amenities and perks in great detail, clearly outlining directions and operating hours. When we got home, the kids couldn't stop telling grandma how wonderful the hotel was. We'll definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Changbaishan! Highly recommend!"

"The room was clean and spotless, though the facilities felt a little dated. The bedding, however, was top-notch and incredibly comfortable. While the hotel's breakfast didn't quite live up to the standards of five-star hotels in major cities, the local Northeastern stews and meat buns were absolutely delicious and suited our palate perfectly.
There are plenty of activities around; the various complimentary activities, coupled with nearby hiking and trekking options, could easily fill a four-day itinerary. The restaurants within the resort served consistently good food, and we didn't have a single bad meal during our stay.
Here's a ranking of the activities by how much we enjoyed them, from most to least: various sliding activities > water park > forest hiking > pedal boats > hot springs (which were crowded and cramped, feeling more like a public communal bath). We unfortunately missed out on paragliding; otherwise, it would surely have been our number one.
All in all, it's a perfect Northern getaway destination."

"A big thank you to our WeChat butler, Jason Sui, for his incredibly enthusiastic service! Upon arrival, an airport shuttle bus took us directly to the resort hotel, and they also provided airport transfer service for our departure. The hotel pool was nice, though it wasn't very busy – I guess most guests were out exploring. The kids' play area was a bit small. On our last day, we spent a pleasant afternoon at the KTV. The breakfast on the first floor was, as many have mentioned, quite mediocre, and the coffee was very weak. However, the plain congee with pickled vegetables was excellent! Although our butler had also arranged breakfast at the Executive Lounge, the congee was all I really needed. The hotel was generally clean, and our room was serviced promptly. They even thoughtfully provided unlimited Nongfu Spring bottled water on each floor for guests. Overall, we had a good experience, and I look forward to seeing Tianchi Lake on our next visit!"

With multiple attractions nearby including Changbaishan International Resort, Hanna Shan Hot Spring and Northeast Off-Road Vehicle Snowmobile Crossing, guests will find plenty to keep themselves occupied. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. This Fusong hotel offers parking on site. If you demand a high level of service, our guests have indicated that this hotel has excellent standards. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with families.
"Hotel is located directly in the Wanda international ski resort, near the smaller ski service center. There is also a shuttle bus every half an hour to the big skiing center, which is convenient for everyone who would like to start their skiing experience there.
However, we were a bit disappointed that the hotel staff members didn’t speak English, or just very little and therefore every issue or request was handled using the translation machine (and the translation wasn’t very accurate). Even though the staff was trying to be helpful, translating every single sentence was frustrating and tiring to say the least and both the staff and even us have gotten annoyed with the rather lengthy process.
Accommodation charges included also 3 skiing tickets (equipment included). Although it might be a big plus for a family with 1 child, for us it wasn’t that much of an advantage. We wanted to buy the same rights and benefits for our second child, but it wasn’t possible, so every day we needed to start with buying a skiing ticket for one child and renting an equipment, as it wasn’t possible to buy the ticket and renting the equipment for the whole week.
The hotel breakfast was very tasty with variety of choices. Mostly Chinese options with fewer western style food, but this wasn’t problem for us, as we like Chinese options more.
We were also satisfied with cleanliness and hotel amenities, a little convenience store directly in the lobby was also nice to have."

"Our room was exceptionally spacious – a true suite. The living room even had a sofa bed, and the bedroom boasted a huge 2.4m bed. With two bathrooms and two balconies, it was incredibly convenient for drying clothes and felt wonderfully spacious and comfortable, especially for a family with children. The room service was flawless, and every single staff member was incredibly patient, attentive, and friendly.
The hotel's environment was truly beautiful; every casual photo we took looked like a picture from a comic book. The shuttle service was also excellent, with two distinct routes. One route covered all the main activity areas like the children's playground, archery and shooting, jungle trekking, go-karts, and the glass skywalk. The other route took us to Meijing Pavilion, which offered breathtaking panoramic views of Changbai Mountain.
The hotel offered a truly extensive range of complimentary activities and amenities. We spent four full days there and barely had to pay for anything extra. From the moment we woke up, our days were packed with fun: mountain biking, trampolining, the children's playground, archery and shooting, paragliding, and even 'Dah Tie Hua' (molten iron fireworks). In the evenings, we relaxed in the hot springs. Although the dining choices weren't super extensive, every restaurant we tried served delicious food.
Finally, a huge thank you to Manager Coco. She was incredibly attentive to every detail and always responsive, immediately helping us book and arrange whatever we needed. Our sincerest gratitude! We definitely plan to come back next year (the evenings were around 17°C, wonderfully cool!)."

"The hotel rooms were spotless and fully equipped. The resort features a cable car, Wow Lake, and various entertainment options like stand-up comedy shows. There are plenty of activities at the resort, and the overall environment is great. Guests staying in the cycling suites even receive complimentary ice cream.
The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and all resort personnel were incredibly detail-oriented and meticulous. Any issues were addressed promptly, which was excellent!
The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. Transportation within the resort is very convenient. We also enjoyed the excellent food and great rice wine at the log cabin restaurant near the hotel.
We took the 1442 steps up the West Slope to reach Heaven Lake (Tianchi). It was a rare clear day, offering stunning panoramic views of Heaven Lake – absolutely breathtaking! We're already looking forward to coming back in winter for skiing!"

It was off-season when I traveled, so there were few people in the hotel. We shared the breakfast room with the hotel opposite. The breakfast was simple and there were not many choices. We booked a family room, which was relatively large and the various benefits were also good. There was nothing to eat around Luneng. In comparison, Wanda Resort was more convenient.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and clean. The toiletries were all well-known brands, safe to use, and smelled delicious. The courtyard-style B&B also had a unique atmosphere and was very close to the West Scenic Area distribution center. The owner and the hostess were very kind and accommodated all our requests. They also provided free airport transfers, and the hostess's dumplings were truly delicious.

BBluesTeaI didn't book three consecutive days, so I had to buy them separately. The room is very big, and a family of four can sleep on one kang. The hotel provides airport transfers, and cars can be sent at any time to go anywhere in the resort. I skied for three days. The children knew how to roller skate before, so I didn't hire a coach and went directly to the snow track. On the first day, I skied four laps on the beginner's track, 9 laps on the second day, and on the third day, I went to the intermediate track and skied 23 laps. I was exhausted. I skied for more than 4-6 hours every day. I went to the hot springs at night, and I didn't expect it to be better than the blissful hot springs. I just didn't play the rime drifting that was given, because the children were too tired to get up from skiing. I also gave two little tigers before leaving. I saw Tianchi this time, and next time I come here for pure skiing, it should be a lot easier. By the way, the breakfast is rich, and you can ski vigorously only if you eat well every day, especially the rice noodles are delicious. The iron pot stew at Yuanxiang Restaurant next to the hotel is also good, which is more convenient and cost-effective than the commercial street in the resort. The children passed by the snow field and snow lake on the way back to the hotel from the restaurant, and they had a lot of fun.

22306382866The hotel is located in the Wanda Resort, with an excellent location and quiet environment. It is very convenient to go to the pedestrian street. The hotel has a restaurant, swimming pool, and hot spring pool. You can stay at home without leaving the hotel. The hotel staff is also very enthusiastic, and the guest manager Joy is even more considerate. I would like to praise her here. Next time I come to Changbai Mountain, I will definitely choose to stay at Park Hyatt Hotel.

TTop IssarapongWe had a wonderful stay here with warm hospitality in the middle of cold winter. The place gives a local vibes which using wood-fired heating that provides heated bed & bathroom as well as good smells.
Don’t miss a dinner with wood-fired iron pot stew. Meat really tendered and smells good.
Kids really enjoyed as they can play snow right at the door, plus ice fishing in the tent where we catch 10 rainbow trouts in half an hour then the host cook it right away for a real fresh grilled fish, amazing!
Only regret is that we should have stayed longer than 1 night here, highly recommend!!

ZZhangzhangcaicaiFacilities: While the facilities are a bit dated, you can still tell they were originally fitted out to a high standard, maintaining a certain level of quality. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable.
Location: The location is excellent, very close to all the attractions and dining/shopping spots within the resort, so there's no need to rent a car.
Cleanliness: Cleanliness was very good. Toiletries were replenished promptly, and the unlimited supply of bottled Changbaishan spring water was genuinely delicious.
Overall Experience & Value: This hotel is one of the more affordable options within the Wanda Resort. I was a bit hesitant when booking, but it truly exceeded my expectations.
