"A short trip at the tail end of the Chinese New Year holiday, staying at the Tianlai Hot Spring Villa for 2 nights. The lakeside view, warm private hot spring, mahjong table in the room, and the thoughtful butler and housekeeping staff were all great. Plus, the Moon Bay Food Court was super close, and the kids had a blast! The service during the Chinese New Year holiday deserves praise. Despite the large number of breakfast guests, it was organized and orderly, with efficient seating guidance and quick table clearing. The queue for the noodle station during peak hours must have made the chef feel both happy and overwhelmed! šŸ˜„ In the mornings, we hiked Renhuang Mountain to work up a sweat, spent the afternoons sunbathing and soaking in the hot springs, and evenings playing mahjong and cards. It was absolutely relaxing, and next time we definitely need to stay for more days! Hahaha."

"This is probably one of the best places Iā€™ve ever visited! The environment is gorgeous, surrounded by nature and the occasional sounds of beating drums and the cheerful chirps of birds. All staff members were friendly, and always ready to assist, even though we donā€™t speak the same language. The room was very clean, and equipped with everything needed. There are so many fun things to do and see! The animals are all in very good condition, and I love the balance between being able to step into the animalsā€™ habitats, while still respecting their environment. Breakfast offers a huge variety of delicious food, including Chinese and Western dishes. Furthermore, the travel photography service included with my package, captured beautiful moments! The staff were professional, and timely. The giraffes are absolutely gorgeous and worth the visit! I also received an adorable little toy giraffe upon checking out. 10/10!"

"The service at the concert was good: I came to Huzhou to watch Xu Song's concert. When I arrived at the hotel, I saw the front desk guy taking pictures of the guests. My friend came to pick me up and I didn't have time to ask. When I came back in the evening, the guy saw us taking selfies and asked us and said it was free! The key is that the photos are super good! ! The service is also super good. When you check in, you will get Xu Song's birthday card and many small peripherals (fans and so on). The experience is full. The catering is super good: Although the breakfast time is until 9.30 in the morning, I saw that there are still many people coming to eat at 10 o'clock. The ladies said that many of them were tired from watching the concert last night and they would probably come later! There are many kinds of products. I love it. This is the breakfast that ranks high in the hotel I have eaten! The front desk Xiao Wang is also super cute! The daily room cleaning even cleans the gaps between the keyboards, and watching TV shows on the projector is more fun than at home. The front desk remembers the preferences of all regular guests and actively lends umbrellas on rainy days, which is very heartwarming. "We booked 2 rooms. Love one of the room with the view of the stream, especially at night . However, another room is placed at the end of the hotel which need to pass through a quiet and dark path. I was wondering why can't the host upgrade the other room to the front area which is brighter when they have total of 20 rooms but only 2 rooms were occupied on the day we checked in. Other than that, everything is fine. we got to try local food during supper and breakfast prepared by the host which was new to us. Love the serenity of this place during late night and early morning when there was not many tourists"

The room facilities were all new, and the provided tissues were of good quality, but the soundproofing in the rooms wasn't great. A few men were playing cards and smoking in the lobby downstairs, which wasn't ideal and disturbed others. The guesthouse does have private rooms for playing cards and mahjong; I'd actually recommend that smokers use those rooms.

We travelled as a family of six, including two elderly members and two kids, and the resort was perfect for all ages. There were plenty of engaging activities to keep everyone happy ā€” from fishing, pottery, and crafts to outdoor experiences. The kids especially loved the horse riding and grooming sessions, which were thoughtfully organised and very safe. We stayed in a three-bedroom villa, which was luxurious, spacious, and extremely comfortable. Each bedroom having its own bathtub was such a treat. The villa was beautifully decorated, and we were deeply touched by the thoughtful surprise of decorations and cakes arranged for our sonā€™s birthday ā€” a gesture that made our stay extra special. Getting around the resort was effortless, as the buggy service promptly picked us up from the villa whenever we needed. We also loved having a lovely hiking trail right outside our villa, perfect for a peaceful morning. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the noodle station was a definite highlight for us. A special mention goes to Chuan Chuan the resident dogā€” friendly, gentle, and absolutely adored by our kids. Every detail reflected care and thoughtfulness, making our stay both relaxing and joyful. We left with beautiful memories and cannot wait to return to Naked Stables again. Inside, there's a kitchen, a writing desk, and the water heater provides hot water quickly, making showers very comfortable. The small attic upstairs is truly charming and quiet ā€“ I loved it so much! **Ambiance**: The hotel is nestled in nature, and every breath of air is filled with negative ions, especially at night when the air is crisp and clear. **Facilities**: The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with a pool and gym readily available, along with a variety of engaging activities. My daughter was delighted to DIY hand cream and popular grape essential oil soap here. In the evening, there was a bonfire party and marshmallow roasting, bringing warmth to the chilly night. After breakfast, we hiked for an hour along the hotel's mountain trail, collecting chestnuts, relaxing our minds and bodies, immersing ourselves in nature, and escaping the hustle and bustle of the city. I would definitely consider coming back for a weekend getaway!

The butler was both professional and friendly, always there when we needed something, yet also providing us with ample personal spaceā€”the service balance was just perfect. The hotel's location is also ideal for families; our child's highlight every day was visiting the squirrel park downstairs. Breakfast was delicious and the commute was convenient. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends and look forward to our next visit!

GGuest UserAmazing room and location situated right above the main canal in town. The little seating area and tea set by the window looking outside was a nice touch. Staff did t speak much English but using translate apps we got by and they were all super friendly and helpful. Food and hotel restaurant area is also amazing with lots of lovely koi carp and amazing design. Recommend staying here for anybody who wants an authentic historic stay combined with a bit of luxury.

RRoman B.We have rented the villa with 4 beds (the green style) for new year celebration with friends and when arrived to location were guided to the villa; however, immediately found that the villa was not cleaned after previous visitors. We returned to the reception and asked to arrange cleaning quickly, reception staff requested us to wait for cleaning staff and that the cleaning will take about 1 hour, we returned back to villa area but nobody was coming for cleaning for a long time, we have pushed for service several times and finally people from reception came to clean the facility instead of cleaning staff. Obviously, there is not enough personnel available. Special comment on this villa - it looks not good inside and clearly requires renewal of decoration. After some discoveries during cleaning procedures, we finally insisted to change the villa as the current one was too dirty and cleaning went extremely slow. Another option was offered pretty quick and it was a good replacement - new decoration, clean and nice looking Van Gogh style decoration (pictures attached are from this one), however, we lost some time and instead of check-in at 3pm, we completed everything only about 4:00pm (we arrived around 2 pm, so all procedures took around 2 hours). We were offered to delay our check-out till 4:00pm next day to compensate the time loss. All in all, everything ended well and our celebration was great, but too much challenges on the way, this is not what you expect for almost 2000RMB per night.
