Good and quite place to stay

beside Lyon center, clean tiny room, sorry no 24h desk service

The hotel was pretty good overall. It was just too cold in the room, the heating unfortunately didn't work. So we were freezing.

I usually stay at this hotel. Well located thanks to its proximity to the ring road. The team is great.

The room is simple and the bed is very comfortable. It's a good hotel. The parking lot is large and free. Overall it's OK

The room did not match the booking. The photo and description on the site during reservation promised three separate separate beds next to each other and therefore no bunk bed. Reception said they didn't have such equipped rooms, strangely enough. The hallways were dirty, smelled of smoke, the soap dispenser was stuck together with tape and the mattress was dented. The reception indicated that they could not arrange a replacement room. Shame.

Wohl verdiente 5 Sterne. Ich verstehe nicht wieso dieses Hotel nur 2 Sterne und keine 5 Sterne hat? Super sauber! Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Auf Nachfrage haben wir sofort ein Babybett gestellt bekommen. Telefonisch war immer jemand erreichbar und immer super freundlich und zuvor kommend. Preislich war es sehr günstig. Als wir Probleme beim öffnen des Tores für die Parkplätze hatten und bei der Rezeption klingelten, war sogar mitten in der Nacht jemand erreichbar obwohl die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt war. Ich würde definitiv wieder kommen, wenn wir als dreiköpfige Familie in den Urlaub fahren würden und nachts ein „stop“ machen wollen würden. Danke für alles! Liebsgw Grüße Felita
