Mesmerizing hotel! As soon as we stepped inside, we immediately felt so relaxed. Everything in this hotel contributes to giving it a very peaceful and quiet atmosphere, from the super friendly and accommodating staff to the slow-paced breakfast and the sea view from the bedroom.
This is a new hotel and the equipment is very modern and elegant (bathroom, toilet, walls) and the bedding is extremely comfortable, including super pajamas!
The breakfast is served at 7:30am or 8:30am with Japanese and Western options available. They also offer dinner options with a few hours' notice.
There is a bus stop nearby but it's definitely better to have a car as it seemed difficult to walk around and find beaches/restaurants, though that also makes the place very quiet and relaxing.
Excellent value for money, we browsed a lot of options and this might be the best one if you do not want to go for a resort-style hotel.

huiyiCCompared to other hotels in Ishigaki, this one is genuinely clean, and I didn't encounter any mosquitoes or bugs (which I did at a previous stay near Kabira Bay). The location is excellent; it's convenient for driving anywhere. It only takes about 10 minutes to get to the city center for izakaya and late-night snacks. The facilities are quite good, with a large public bath, a private beach, and a spacious pool. If you're interested in booking local tours, they also have a counter to assist you.

✨ Highlights:
• The room experience exceeded our expectations! The Coral Wing Selection Room was incredibly spacious, featuring an entryway and a separate bathroom. The two bunk beds were also very wide. Even though it's the Coral Wing, we still had a stunning ocean view with a fantastic panorama. The room facilities were new, and the toiletries were Byredo, which smelled wonderful.
• The breakfast was tasty, and the hotel's location was a huge plus: very close to the airport, easy to get a taxi, and within walking distance to Don Quijote and nearby restaurants, making shopping and dining very convenient.
• The hygiene and hardware facilities were well-maintained, and public facilities like the pool were excellent. It's a shame we only stayed one night and didn't get to experience them.
⚠️ Areas for Improvement:
• The front desk service wasn't very welcoming; there was no guidance at all during check-in. The hotel itself is like a big maze, and it took us over half an hour to find our room, which detracted from the overall experience.
• Upon check-out, we were charged an additional resort fee of about 50 RMB per person. While not a large amount, it would be better if it were included directly in the room rate. Paying in two separate installments felt a bit odd.
• Some public facilities in the Coral Wing were slightly dated, a bit of a contrast to the brand-new feel of the guest rooms.
Overall, the room itself, the location, and the environment were all excellent and up to InterContinental standards. If they could improve service details and check-in guidance, the experience would be much better. It's a good choice for a short, transitional one-night stay.

Choosing Comfort Hotel was truly a delightful surprise. It was my first time visiting Ishigaki Island in Okinawa, and I picked this hotel based on reviews and its environment. I didn't expect the hotel to be so good overall, especially the rooms – they were spacious, clean, bright, and had windows that could be opened. The bathroom was also large, and the power outlets were conveniently placed, which was very thoughtful. There's a coastline nearby and a large supermarket. What's even better is the conveyor belt sushi restaurant just a hundred meters away, offering fresh ingredients at reasonable prices. There's also a Yaeyama Soba shop nearby with great food. All in all, I'm very satisfied and highly recommend it.

Fuku-chan, Nicole and 2 cats, algae balls and boiled beans were gently welcomed, and the number of days of stay passed in no time. It is a very satisfying inn and recommended to everyone.
The interior and exterior are very nice. I feel like 〜 I came to the resort. I used the parking lot for renting a car.
The living room is clean and comfortable. The bed futon was very fluffy and I could sleep well.
The area is very convenient location if you have a car rental. It is very close to Fusaki Beach and you can walk to the beach (passing the main building of Fusaki Beach Resort, especially no procedures).
I had breakfast. The dishes that are particular about each ingredient and seasoning will heal your mind and body.
We have never experienced it, but we can receive healing treatments and Yoga.
It is an inn that I want to visit again.

Guest UserThe location is a 5-minute drive from Fusaki Beach, but since you can't use the beach for free and it's a bit far from the city center, it's just so-so.
Our room was a Forest Wing room with direct access to the pool, which was convenient as it made it easy to get to the pool and the breakfast restaurant was nearby. However, the problem is that the pool is too small and there is only one, so swimming for just an hour or two gets boring, making it impossible to enjoy swimming all day long.
Also, half of the rooms with direct access to the pool are located in front of the shallow toddler pool, making them not very useful for families with older children, such as elementary school students or older. If I had known in advance, I would have requested a room in front of the adult pool (which isn't very deep either) before check-in; it is a shame. Then, my child could have gone into the water to play alone while my husband and I watched from the room, and I was really disappointed that we couldn't do that.
The room was really spacious and fully equipped with a large refrigerator and a washing machine, making it very convenient for our 4-night stay. The fact that the bedroom is separated from the living room is also a huge advantage. I am 200% satisfied with the room. The problem is the breakfast; the variety is too limited, and the food hardly changed throughout the four-night stay, making the last day truly miserable. However, the food generally tastes good.
I recommend it if you plan to relax in your room and have little need to use the pool, but I do not recommend it if the pool and breakfast are important to you.

It's a really nice place and comes fully equipped, including a washer with detergent and a spacious balcony for air drying clothes. The toiletries and amenities are also great, and even the toilet paper is good quality, not thin or flimsy.
You can occasionally hear sounds from the corridor, but they are brief and not very disruptive. There is no street noise, very quiet. However, if you book a second floor room, you will need to carry your luggage up the stairs.
Free parking is available. The location is a short walk to the town area and public market, and about a seven minute walk to the bus stop.
Before check in, you need to call the property to get the door code, as there are usually no staff on site, you could do it via app so it is fre. This may be inconvenient for some guests. I recommend calling in advance, as they do not always pick up immediately.

This hotel is very new and clean and modern. The location is prime. Right across the street of the terminal. If you choose higher floor, you will enjoy the ocean view with clear view of the terminal and can even see the big cruise ship. Right next to the hotels are some shops and restaurants. The room itself is extremely spacious and plenty of space for your suitcase and clothes to hang around to dry. The breakfast is good. You can order as much as you can and it was very tasty. You can also store the luggage in the hotel to suit your day trips to the nearby island. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone but please be sure to book early as it runs out fast.

Anonymous UserThis hotel's location is absolutely perfect! It's within walking distance of the bustling downtown area, the port, and the bus terminal, which was incredibly convenient for dropping off shopping bags or taking a quick break from the heat. Plus, having a convenience store and a drug store right next door was a huge bonus for any last-minute needs.
The entire hotel was spotlessly clean. I noticed insect repellent spray in the hallway, but I'm happy to report I didn't encounter any bugs, which was a relief. The nights were quiet, and I wasn't bothered by any noise from other rooms, allowing me to get some really good rest.
What truly made this hotel special were the thoughtful and charming details – like the colorful tiled table in the room, and the lanterns provided for using the rooftop area. It was such a lovely touch. Stargazing at night and enjoying the sea view during the day was incredibly relaxing.
I would definitely want to stay here again. This hotel was truly a highlight of my first trip to Ishigaki!
