Guest UserAs it was my first time staying at a guesthouse, I was a little worried, but I was very satisfied with the friendly owner and the clean service.
I think it's perfect for solo travelers.

Guest UserThe accommodation was surprisingly spacious and very clean. I really liked the wooden floor, and I think it was the best value-for-money place I've stayed at while traveling in Japan. The lounge on the 5th floor, though not large, was very nice, and since it got a lot of sun, I'd often go up there to sit when I had some free time instead of staying in my room. The location was also excellent. There were restaurants and markets all within walking distance, making it easy to get around. It was stated that cleaning would be done every 4 days, but fresh towels and trash bags were hung on the door daily. I could simply return used towels to the drop-off bin and tie up the trash to be promptly removed. I didn't experience any inconvenience, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Guest UserThe location is a 5-minute drive from Fusaki Beach, but since you can't use the beach for free and it's a bit far from the city center, it's just so-so.
Our room was a Forest Wing room with direct access to the pool, which was convenient as it made it easy to get to the pool and the breakfast restaurant was nearby. However, the problem is that the pool is too small and there is only one, so swimming for just an hour or two gets boring, making it impossible to enjoy swimming all day long.
Also, half of the rooms with direct access to the pool are located in front of the shallow toddler pool, making them not very useful for families with older children, such as elementary school students or older. If I had known in advance, I would have requested a room in front of the adult pool (which isn't very deep either) before check-in; it is a shame. Then, my child could have gone into the water to play alone while my husband and I watched from the room, and I was really disappointed that we couldn't do that.
The room was really spacious and fully equipped with a large refrigerator and a washing machine, making it very convenient for our 4-night stay. The fact that the bedroom is separated from the living room is also a huge advantage. I am 200% satisfied with the room. The problem is the breakfast; the variety is too limited, and the food hardly changed throughout the four-night stay, making the last day truly miserable. However, the food generally tastes good.
I recommend it if you plan to relax in your room and have little need to use the pool, but I do not recommend it if the pool and breakfast are important to you.

Fuku-chan, Nicole and 2 cats, algae balls and boiled beans were gently welcomed, and the number of days of stay passed in no time. It is a very satisfying inn and recommended to everyone.
The interior and exterior are very nice. I feel like 〜 I came to the resort. I used the parking lot for renting a car.
The living room is clean and comfortable. The bed futon was very fluffy and I could sleep well.
The area is very convenient location if you have a car rental. It is very close to Fusaki Beach and you can walk to the beach (passing the main building of Fusaki Beach Resort, especially no procedures).
I had breakfast. The dishes that are particular about each ingredient and seasoning will heal your mind and body.
We have never experienced it, but we can receive healing treatments and Yoga.
It is an inn that I want to visit again.

Facilities: The room was spacious, didn't feel cramped at all, and the bathroom was clean and tidy.
Transportation: It's super convenient, just across the road from the airport bus stop and the ferry terminal for island hopping. You can get there in under a minute, perfect for exploring other islands.
Surroundings: The hotel is located near a shopping street with tons of restaurants. Plus, there's a restaurant and souvenir shop right inside the hotel, making it easy for guests to grab anything they need.
Food and Drink: The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of Western, Japanese, and even a delightful surprise of Chinese congee.
Overall: Absolutely no complaints, I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Ishigaki.

It's a really nice place and comes fully equipped, including a washer with detergent and a spacious balcony for air drying clothes. The toiletries and amenities are also great, and even the toilet paper is good quality, not thin or flimsy.
You can occasionally hear sounds from the corridor, but they are brief and not very disruptive. There is no street noise, very quiet. However, if you book a second floor room, you will need to carry your luggage up the stairs.
Free parking is available. The location is a short walk to the town area and public market, and about a seven minute walk to the bus stop.
Before check in, you need to call the property to get the door code, as there are usually no staff on site, you could do it via app so it is fre. This may be inconvenient for some guests. I recommend calling in advance, as they do not always pick up immediately.

Guest UserLocated about a 15-minute walk from the city center, there's a Family Mart nearby. An Aeon supermarket is also a 15-minute walk away. There are restaurants nearby, but not clustered together. The accommodation isn't in the main building, but on a floor opposite. The room has a stove, microwave, washing machine, and a shower with a bidet. Clothes dry quickly. It's cheaper than hotels in the city center, and overall quite nice.
The front desk is staffed from 3 pm to 9 pm. There are a few tables and chairs at the front desk; if you arrive early, you can rest until the front desk staff arrives to check in.

I tried to go to GW, but it was full and changed to mid-May and stayed at Ku 々! This time it was an ocean view room, but it was a pity that the laundry room and smoking area were next to the end room.
Also, the addition of towels is paid, so if you improve it
No complaints about breakfast, access and service in general!
