The worst hotel I have ever been to , especially when they know u booked through booking, first of all the hospitality is 0! And the manager there is completely disrespectful, he was shouting, yelling and swearing on us on the middle of the hotel lobby, because we refused to pay things that we didn’t use , it’s a big scam , u will be amazed by the chocolate coffe water that in the room and they will put everyday and they will charge u for it at the end of the trip you have to pay for everything they put without u ask and even if u didn’t use it , he gave us 3 different bills (the manager) and then after we called the police , they came and we payed even more what we should because the manager knows we had flight and we don’t want to miss it and we payed a bit less then the original amount, it’s a scam hotel , Be carful be aware and the cleaning services is really unexpected, they ruin our trip , and if u want to use the swimming pool u have to wear something in your head for 5 euro At the the top I can’t imagine how a hotel manager will tell the customers u are lying and swear to them in middle of the hotel! The hotel is located right next to osmanbay metro, great location. Definately a good room to stay in and spacious clean rooms

There is no customer appreciation when renting and they try to take advantage of you at any cost.. There is no parking.. I was informed that they take the car to an external parking lot for 1000 Turkish Lira, but I found a government parking lot behind the hotel for 600 Lira per day and it may be less if the hours are less than 12. The rooms are small and cramped and their design is poor..

The hotel was generally nice. Aside from the fact that we had to prepare our own drinks because there was no bartender at the rooftop bar, and the staff member who said, "You haven't paid your bill, where are you going?" when we went downstairs to see our guest off, the hotel was a nice stay. I would stay there again if I were to go back.

The hotel is excellent in terms of service, staff, and location. Everything in the hotel was wonderful and beautiful, especially the employee Anil. This employee is excellent, cooperative, and sophisticated in his dealings.

The hotel is located in the city center, with complete facilities around it. There is a subway and bus just outside. The hotel is clean, has a good breakfast, and a good dining environment.

The hotel is excellent and the location is in the center, next to Othman Street But the room is very small Parking is 500 liras per day, which is a high price
