Hotelde kalmadim hotel size mail atmamış, hala mağdur durumdayim . Rezervasyon, yaptim hotele gittim , hotelci yer olmadiğini, sistemde sorun olduğunu söyleyin . Turist avlayan adi bir işletme . Türkleri sevmezler asla .turizm bakanlığına şikayet de edilmiştir . Elimden geldiğince, bilgi ve belgelerle gerekeni yapacağım..

I love this hotel, very clean & near with tourism places . The staff are really friendly, they guide me very well , the restaurant staff also nice, they offered me free turkish tea after my dinner. I sit outside for smooking & they gave me a warm blanket to cover, very nice staff. Looking forward to coming back very soon

Good hotel. A better point of this hotel is the location only, but you can get good experience in Istanbul with no problems.

Good location and great staff very helpful , could be a little more cleaner and maybe some water in the rooms would also be good

Good hotel

I was in a basement room, but the Wi-Fi didn't work, so they upgraded my room. They were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were very clean, and the beds were clean. Overall, it was great.

The room is right next to the reception... It smells like a toilet inside. We couldn't understand what the purpose of the toilet ventilation in the room was. It's a straight scam... It's not the same as the ones in the picture, nobody should choose it.

I booked this hotel mainly because of its very convenient location... but the reception refused to provide the room I had booked. They said - since I was alone, I would go to a room on the (-1) floor, a basement, no window and amenities - 5 sq.m. I refused because I had paid for a 2-bed standard. They said that they had no water at all - an accident. And they sent me to another hotel, "Constantinopolis", which was further away. Not a bad hotel, but such an attitude towards tourists is unacceptable!!! Moreover, they did such tricks not only with me. They also tried to check several other tourists into the basement, and then sent them to another hotel. "Constantinopolis" has a very pleasant and warm atmosphere. The staff is polite. The rooms are excellent!

It was a cheap hotel, but I never imagined there would be rooms in the basement. The location is convenient for using trams and other means of transportation, and it is close to relics and tourist attractions, which is a good advantage.

Quite a normal hotel with a good location. The staff tries very hard. Everything is clean and tidy

Completely sufficient for a city trip. Downstairs with the restaurant you have a nice end to the day before you go to your room. Price performance is good.
