I choose to stay here because of their lovely cats. They are 10/10. The room is basic and acceptable. Even though the room looks old but it’s clean.

This was my first trip to Phuket, and I was so glad to find a guesthouse run by Chinese owners – it felt incredibly welcoming. The owner was exceptionally hospitable, giving us recommendations for several authentic local eateries. They also offer motorbike rentals for around 60 per day. The location is fantastic, just under 500 meters (walking distance) from the beach, Jungceylon Mall, and the night market, yet it's surprisingly quiet. A 7-Eleven is only 30 meters away, and right across the street are several massage shops. My wife and I even tried one, and it was quite good! What's more, for island hopping and other tours, pick-up and drop-off are conveniently arranged right at the guesthouse's doorstep. The guesthouse cat is very handsome and friendly; it even rides the elevator with you upstairs! Our room also had a thoughtful mini-fridge. All in all, everything was excellent. Wishing the owners continued prosperity, and I hope to have the chance to stay again!

I came for the cats and was not disappointed! They are so friendly, soft and clean! Rooms are very clean too, and washing machine was a very good surprise to me. I would come back there if I am ever in Patong again.

The owner is really friendly, and the hotel isn't far from the beach. Plus, there are a few adorable cats! 🐱

Pros: -Cute cats, they are not afraid of strangers. Cat lovers must stay in this place! -Nice staff -Big room -Location is fine. It is not located on the main street or bar street, so it was not toooo noisy and in acceptable levels for me. -Walk only 15-20 mins to Patong Beach -There is 7-11 nearby, easy to get supplies. Cons: -The only thing bothered me was the bathroom. There was no shower curtain. Everywhere was wet after showering.

The room I received was not the one I booked. There was an overpowering cat smell. Both the environment and the service were merely average.

The first floor had cats, and the elevator had a distinct, unpleasant smell. The elevator lobby felt second-rate and reeked of cat urine, with visible yellow stains.

The cats were very cute. It was possible to interact with them all the time. So the good rating is clearly thanks to them. The hotel itself was what you can expect from a 3 star hotel, so fair with the price. The pillows were good, the matress a bit hard. The furniture a bit destroyed but ok. Not especially clean but also not crazy dirty, so ok. The only issue for us was the constant noise from the motorbikes as the windows are not closing properly and are very thin. The rest was fine 👍🏼

Plenty of cats around – a real treat for cat lovers! The location is convenient. The Chinese owner is genuinely friendly and always ready to help with any questions. The rooms are also quite decent. However, it can be a bit overpriced during peak season.

Our two families (friends and us) stayed here together. For a quieter stay, I recommend requesting a room that doesn't face the street, as the constant motorcycle noise can be quite disruptive otherwise. The kittens were cute, but there was also a noticeable cat odor.

Both the cat and the owner were wonderful! The owner, who is Chinese, was incredibly helpful, assisting me with itinerary planning and currency exchange. Unlike other hotels where you simply sleep for a night, here you can consult the owner about all your travel questions, which offered invaluable peace of mind and greatly enhanced the emotional value of my stay. The cat was also super well-behaved, very gentle, and loved being petted, plus it was absolutely adorable. Highly recommend!

The amenities were quite subpar. The faucet was broken, the fridge wasn't working, and the shower lacked a screen or curtain, causing water to splash everywhere. The room also had a peculiar odor. Aside from the convenient location, my overall experience was just mediocre.

If you like cats this is a place foe you to stay as you can play with the cats at the lobby of the hotel. Room wise, is it decent for a 3 star hotel. Location wise it is near to a 7-11 but don't expect and scenery from the hotel
