"I went to Cornell University and chose this hotel in the center of the town and drove to Cornell for 10 minutes. The hotel room is very spacious and has hair dryer, electric iron, coffee machine. The bed in the twin room is 1.5 meters, which is quite good. The height of the mattress and pillows is good. It is quite comfortable to sleep. Overall very satisfied with such a comfortable hotel in Ithaca."

"The location is close to the center of the university town. It is a separate house. The room is relatively small, like a student dormitory. There is no commercial facilities when you go out. It takes10-15 minutes to walk down the slope. There is no hotel breakfast, but hot water and tea and coffee are provided."

"The hotel room is old but the space is very comfortable and the transportation is convenient. It is a pedestrian street downstairs. It is 6 minutes drive from Cornell University. The hotel parking lot is free. You can go to the front desk to get a small ticket every day. You can also book airport and school pick-up services for free, remember to tip."

"The room is spacious and bright, and the staff is friendly. But the room had a strange smell. I don’t know if it was caused by repairing the elevator or replacing the hydraulic fluid. Hope it's just a temporary issue. The breakfast is particularly rich. Serves small bottles of milk and chocolate milk of exceptionally good quality. The ham sausage and beef patties are also quite good. The hotel is in a great location, right next to buttermilk state park and 12 minutes away from Cornell University."

The apartment is a brand new bottom floor unit, with hosts living upstairs, though very quiet and respectful. The hosts are my folks, and I, their daughter Branka, manage the property and platform for them. This apartment truly is brand new, construction ended in June 2021. It is private with your own entry. There is a large bedroom with enough closet space, a queen size bed, blow up mattress (also queen size) and a mini crib for those who travel with little ones. Living room is spacious and equipped with a large TV, an electric fireplace, and all around comfort! Bathroom does have a sensitive sani-flo system, and it can sometimes be a bit loud but functions very well. Bathroom is well equipped with amenities and a modern, touch button mirror and plenty of storage. Kitchen is equipped with full size appliances and a dishwasher for convenience of less to think of while on vacation! Without saying too much, we invite you to book with you and enjoy all the hard work we have put into the unit, all the while assuring you have everything you need for your comfortable stay. Please refer to the photos of the listing, they are the best way to get an idea of the quality and comfort of the large 950 sq. foot apartment. For longer stays, we will honor the use of the washer and drier, don't hesitate to ask if you are booking for 14 nights or longer (even less in emergencies). AAnonymous UserThe hotel is comfortable and clean, the lobby is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, the facilities are new, and it is a pleasant experience. This is a very good hotel in Ithaca. I will stay here next time. The busiest street in the town is just outside the hotel, and there are many restaurants. To get to Cornell University, you have to go north and climb uphill. It is also very convenient to take an Uber. In addition, there is an entrance to the canyon trail not far away. After entering, you can see several waterfalls along the way. The scenery is beautiful. The exit at the end of the trail is the campus of Cornell University. The hotel is not far from the bus station, about a ten-minute walk. In short, it is a very good choice.

I accidentally lost the room card (and later found it). I didn't say anything and I gave it another one directly. Parking is also very convenient. The biggest slot is breakfast, basically no, cereal/milk/coffee/three flavors muffin/ yogurt/apple, it seems that there is instant noodles? It’s really the simplest breakfast I’ve ever eaten. It doesn’t matter if I choose a budget hotel.
