The staffs and receptionists are helpful and friendly, check-in and out process is smooth. The room is generally clean, however there is an obvious stain on the blanket, which is horrible. The bathroom is tidy and the heater works pretty well but the water pressure is super low. Overall, we feel disappointed.

Repeat again at this hotel as we loved to stay here. Booked One Bedroom Suites but was upgraded to Two Bedroom Suites 😍 Appreciated so much as this trip is a reward to our kids. Breakfast as usual, great because for me the food spread was enough and everything is delicious. All the staff are helpful and the Chefs are friendly. The pool, kids loves it so much. They added this Snake Ladder game at the pool area is great. My kids tried once. Looking for coming back for the next school holiyay! 🎉 See ya again 🤍

The service during the check in is friendly. The location is good and has a lot of parking. The service for cleaning is also good.

This is my second time booking with this hotel. The receptionist provided good service, and the room was spacious with nice lighting. A simple breakfast was provided, which was sufficient for a light meal. The only downside was finding a used tissue under the sofa that hadn’t been cleaned by the housekeeping staff. Overall, it’s a good hotel to stay at.

Trying to double check the room and tidy up once again even though having done the cleaning few days ago to make sure the guests can have a comfortable and clean fresh room once entering to stay.

The hotel's location is great, with plenty of food options nearby, and they even accept WeChat Pay, which is very convenient for Chinese travelers. The room was clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Breakfast used to be a buffet, but for some reason, it's now à la carte. I tried to ask why, but they didn't seem to understand. In the end, they made me a plate, and it tasted pretty good.

The location of the hotel is great... Alot of food surrounding the hotel. Food are nice. Sutera mall is just a short walking distance away. Many places for you to drink too..

Clean room, spacious Reception staf was very friendly. 1 more thing lack in the room was no mirror, u have to get ready and do ur make up in the toilet

Is an old hotel, so please it is expected. Front desk is friendly, breakfast is not bad. The water pressure in the room is low, so a little difficult to shower properly.

Location is excellent, near the TF mall, Lotus and Aeon Bukit Indah. Quiet and nice, clean bedroom and lots of parking downstairs and many food and shops nearby.
