Friendly staff, clean room, good beach vibe

Very far from the airport and unhelpful staff. I do not recommend

Had a 1 hour drive from Surat Thani to get here! Absolutely love the place. Room is Spacious and and very functional. Really great service team from front desk to maids. High Recommend ❤️

Cleanliness- there were 5 dead roaches, lizards and insects in the room. Hairs were left uncleaned on the wash basin. Bedsheets with stained. Curtains dropping off. Drainage at shower cubicle is choked. All day dining - infested with flies, waiter & waitress lack of training. Food - was either too salty or too sweet. there’s no elevator in the resort. Common corridors - infested with lizards crawling on walls, ceiling and floor. Next to the resort is empty ground and abundant houses which is infested with mosquitoes. Overall the resort lack of maintenance.

The hotel very nice, well maintained, clean. The room large, with bathtub, some tea coffee and snacks. The menu at the restaurant - Thai and western options. The breakfast was a la carte, probably because of the low season. But you can order whatever you want - they bring it, so it was fine. The bar very nice, looks amazing, better then most of the bars we saw in Thailand! The staff was amazing!! Thank you very much!

Amazing place, super helpful and friendly staff. The only let down was the breakfast buffet with limited options and canned juices. The a la carte menu was decent though. Unfortunately there were no vegan options on the menu.

It is a quiet hotel by the sea in Khanom. The rooms are surrounded by nature and a beautiful sea view. The air is fresh. The rooms are very spacious. The bathrooms are large and well-separated. The room equipment is complete. The reception staff is very good and impressive. The breakfast is varied. It is very worth staying.

This is my second time staying here. The service was very good. The man who helped carry my luggage was very good. The room was clean. The beach was beautiful and the view was beautiful. **But the breakfast might be a little small and the taste might not be as impressive as it should be.** But next time, if I go to Khanom again, I will stay here again.

Sit and watch the sea view, cool breeze blowing, eat delicious food, listen to the soft sound of the sea waves. I like it. the most
