"This is one of the best hotels we ever stayed in. It was super clean, the rooms were spacious, modern and in „like new“ shape, the service was outstanding, the staff was super friendly, the breakfast was good… and the location in the center of beautiful Phattalung is also great 🙂 we would always come back"

"There's a counter employee. I don't know what's wrong with him. He has a sullen face, doesn't greet guests, doesn't greet customers in the evening, late at night, but in the morning the service is good. I'm confused. He's probably tired. It's 2-3 in the morning and he can't go home. So he has a sullen face. He's not happy working. He's very angry with someone. I'm confused. I don't know what to do when I use the service and see an employee with a sullen face. He doesn't say anything and doesn't dare tell anyone. I don't know what to say."

"I've stayed at this property four times now, and I've noticed that if I stay for two nights or more, I receive a welcome drink voucher. The last time I received it, I didn't use it, and this time I got it again.
When I tried to use it, the staff told me that I could only get a lemonade and that it couldn't be taken away.
While I appreciate the gesture, I can't help but wonder why the property doesn't just offer the welcome drink at check in instead of giving out vouchers to use at the Siva Cafe.
I also thought I might be able to enjoy a coffee and take it away with me, but that wasn't the case. The property states that they have the final right of interpretation."

"City Park is a no frills hotel with large, clean and comfortable rooms. As a traveller its best feature is the large car park just outside the ground floor rooms, making it simple to unload and load my scooter. There are lots of restaurants and stalls within walking distance. This is my favourite hotel in Phattalung and I have stayed here several times already."

"The room is very spacious, with a huge bed that is incredibly comfortable to sleep in. The hotel looks and feels new, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.
There is plenty of parking available, and having a 7-11 in the building is extremely convenient.
There are some eateries nearby, and the staff recommended “Red Beef House,” which turned out to be a delightful surprise for celebrating Christmas.
Do note that it’s about 30 minutes away from Thale Noi. It’s best to use Google Maps for navigation in this area, as Waze doesn’t work well here."
