I stayed here quite a few years ago when it was called something else, it has been updated but there is still that smell of damp

The service from staff was ok but rooms not being cleaned for 5 days ? ? I did advise reception that the coat hanger on the bathroom door was missing, therefore no where to hang either dressing gowns or towels. Although there was a small radiator, it is not large enough for four towels. Plus I mentioned that the room window double glazing had blown. Also the evening lounge are could be improved. The food and service was fine.

This hotel is very good but just off a roundabout it's quite different to find once there the staff are welcoming rooms clean and comfortable

Hotel clean, staff excellent, small outdoor play area and nice surroundings with rabbits running round

Loved everything about the stay except for the fact that the kettle was dusty. Loved the food and the serene area.

Nice hotel, good value for money, good location

Hotel was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only stayed one night but would recommend it . Room was lovely and bed very comfortable. The shower was nice too

Very nice and clean

Renovation was not outdated / pretty new, it seems the renovation was just completed not long ago. Check in is using self-service machine. The double room was spacious. Breakfast buffet was good; it'd be better to have tomatoes as a hot item.

Great hotel good receptionist explained everything very well and very pleasant. Car parking was free.
