The hotel staff were very kind and helpful, especially towards foreigners. Some of the reception staff could speak English, which really helped during the check-in process. We also appreciated the free bicycle rental service — it was a great way to explore the town, and we were able to return the bikes safely without any issues. Overall, a pleasant and welcoming stay!

The room is consider OK in Japan hotel. Its breakfast is good, even come with ice cream.

Room was spacious with clean toilets. Free parking was great.

I noticed when I stayed there last year that the bath drain was difficult to drain. Also, there was a Japanese-style bar and a convenience store right behind the hotel, so we had no inconveniences during our stay! It was a bit disappointing that we couldn't use the large public bath during the festival season.

I was looking forward to it the most, but the large public bath was on men's day and I couldn't use it. I think it should be open to both men and women at any time. When making a reservation, if it's not clearly stated that the large public bath is only available to men, I feel really down when I enter the facility. I definitely think that women should be allowed to use it for a short time for people who want to relax. It's even more difficult for people from other regions to understand! There are many indoor clothes in the hallway, and it's nice to be able to take as much amenities, black tea, green tea, etc. as you like. Some of the indoor clothes smelled a little, so I borrowed some. I wish they would provide spoons in the room! I'm grateful to the staff who looked for my lost items! In the end, I didn't forget them, so I'm sorry (//∇//) I'm sorry for the trouble! ! !

The open-air bath on the top floor is quite pleasant. It is recommended to arrive during bright daylight hours. The rooms are clean and well equipped.

It takes about 30 minutes to walk from Kitakami Station. I chose a room without a shower, but the large public bath was clean and nice. I felt that the benefits were that the rooms were clean, the breakfast buffet had many varieties, and there were several restaurants behind the hotel.

I had made a request in the comments section when making the reservation, but it seemed like they didn't understand it. If I had known that my child would be sleeping with me, I would have provided two pillows. The location is fine, and since I reserved a smoking room, I can't help but smell of cigarettes.

飯店就在市區，位置非常方便，附近有很多餐廳，烤肉、拉麵店、居酒屋等 酒店附設停車場，不過需要付費 酒店頂樓有露天溫泉，可惜平日星期一至五只限男賓客使用，女賓客只有在星期六、星期日特定時段才能使用

何度か利用していますが リピート価値のあるホテルです 北上においでの際にはぜひご検討ください 1番の魅力は屋上のお風呂です 露天風呂があり、サウナ、みず風呂あり、マッサージチェアまであります 今回ツインの部屋をシングル利用しましたがベットを物置きに使え便利でした ビジネスホテルと違いユニットバス、ユニットトイレではないのも個人的にポイントが高いですから バスは露天風呂を使うので入りませんが、トイレが普通サイズは嬉しい、、私以外でも刺さる人多いと思います 駅徒歩圏内でないのが欠点ですが送迎してくれます

駅まで車で迎えに来ていただきました。 私1人でしたが、快く乗せてくださいました。 仕事に向かう時に自転車をお借りしまして、最寄駅から遠い場所だったので自転車があって本当に楽に仕事に向かえましたし、走っている時もその地域を満喫できました。 周辺には飲食店も多くあり、北上の駅前よりも充実してます。近所には22時までやってる業務スーパーがあったり、その隣にケーズデンキがあったりと便利です。 コンビニとスーパーは一緒ぐらいの距離で離れていますが、スーパーの方が若干近いかもです。 駅から伸びるメインストリートより、2本ぐらい川よりの道の方がスーパーが充実してます。 ホテルはスリッパが昔ながらの革のスリッパで抗菌袋とかに入ってないので、気になる方は気になるかも。 部屋のお風呂とトイレはリフォームされていてキレイでした。 ベッドは高さが低すぎてイマイチです。寝る分にはシモンズ製でしたし快適でした。 大浴場はキレイでしたが、お湯はあまりキレイではなかったです。 朝ごはんは美味しかったです。 白ごはんも粒が立っていて美味しかったです。 種類も豊富でしたが、パンはイマイチでした。 スタッフの方は皆さん親切でした。 ありがとうございました。

お世話になりました。最上階9階の大浴場、特に露天風呂は良かった。ただ2日両日とも悪天候、見晴らしがイマイチ、強風で寒い。男女の使い分けを曜日で分けるのは少し？でした。
