Very nice place and very kind owners, rooms are simple but everything is ok. Cooking in restaurant also is very tasty

The bungalow was not properly cleaned. A lot of hair and dust inside. The water was super slow. Besides that, everything else was ok. The location was super , easy access to beach and restaurants.

This was by far the worst accommodation I’ve ever encountered. The place was unsafe, with nails sticking out, exposed wires, and rust everywhere. It was not fit for anyone to stay in. We immediately asked for a refund, but the request was refused. We didn’t even stay the night—left right away and had to book somewhere else. Very disappointing and unacceptable.

Booked this hotel as our first stop in Thailand while travelling, our plane came late and we arrived a few hours after reception closed, but the owner waited for us to arrive and was very friendly and welcoming, he was incredibly kind and talkative, always will say hello when passing by. The location is great, Lamai is quieter than Chaweng so perfect for families/couples or travellers who aren’t looking for nightlife and are after some more restful days. The hotel is right on the beach and opposite a 7/11, also a walk away from some great restaurants and the lamai night market, it is additionally closer to some sights than Chaweng is. The amenities are great, the bed was large and there was a fridge in the room which is a plus. Would definitely recommend to someone who was after a quieter accommodation on Koh Samui!

Pros - beachfront property, cafe/restaurant/bar, beach deck chairs, shower for desanding, massage service, strong air conditioning, large comfortable bed Cons - no refrigerator, inadequate sound insulation and thin curtain, dysfunctional or disabled WiFi (Bungalow 5). Overall good value for money but those preferring solitude or couples seeking intimacy may encounter difficulties if situated in rooms next to the restaurant.

Good spot, right on beach

I have visited Thailand many times over the years, sea breeze is one of my favourite to stay so far. On a nice beach not close enough to town to hear the noise but a five min walk away so it’s still on your doorstep. Piya is an exceptional host who will go out of his way to make your stay as pleasant as possible, from directions to travel advice, he would always find the time even at his own expense. He kept the kitchen open several times to accommodate our bad time keeping and every time the food was first class. A great place to stay.

I had the opportunity to stay at Seabreeze on August 25, 2025. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience. • Location: The hotel is conveniently located, close to attractions, bars, pubs, and Makro. • Service: The staff are polite and attentive, providing excellent care to guests, providing helpful information and recommendations. • Rooms: The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making them ideal for relaxation. • Other Amenities: The hotel offers quality services (such as a restaurant or spa) that cater to guests' needs. • Food and Beverage: The breakfast menu is varied and tasty, and the prices are reasonable.

It should be said right away that in addition to the Bungalow, there is a second hotel across the road, it is newer and works together with the Bungalow. The Bungalow hotel is older, but very conveniently located. The beach is a two-minute walk away. The beach has everything you need - a shower, toilet, sun loungers. On the way to the beach, there is a cafe owned by the owner of the Bungalow. The prices are low compared to the prices on Samui. The owner is always ready to help. For breakfast, he treated my wife and me to sweet food. Sometimes the owner has conflicts with tourists who do not check into the hotel, but use the hotel territory to go to the beach. Do not be afraid of this, everything is quickly resolved. The new hotel has a swimming pool, water is provided daily. Cleaning is carried out as needed, there were no problems with this. The hostess is very hospitable, only positive memories remain. As for the location, there is a 7/11 store opposite, which is very convenient. Also nearby is a clinic, a laundry, a cafe for every taste.

There are bungalows and there are rooms in a separate hotel building. Be careful.

Overall, this trip was good. The rooms here are very good. Complete amenities, clean rooms, location next to the seaside. Wake up in the morning and you can see the sea right away. Suitable for doing all activities. Whether you come alone or as a couple, it's all suitable. But I'm a bit concerned with food (the accommodation doesn't have breakfast or dinner). If anyone wants to eat food with the accommodation, the price isn't high. Stick to the taste of food, such as various salads and seafood tom yum. The taste is not strong even though we ordered delicious spicy flavors. But what you get is squid and shrimp mixed with vegetables. The taste of the salad is not good. (Each person may like the taste differently.) But for those who are not okay with the taste, they should improve, but I want everything else to be good. Anyone who comes to stay doesn't want to eat food at the accommodation. I recommend going out to eat. There are a lot of delicious restaurants in the area. Affordable price compared to taste and value.

Very close to the beach, lots of restaurants, massage parlors and shops nearby. Still very quiet at night. But you can hear the waves on the sea. We were very happy there! Very nice staff!
