Great location and excelent conditions, in front of the beach. All staff very friendly

The location is great if you want to walk around in the city center. The beach nearby is amazing with the most beautiful and calm water. The hotel staff is friendly and the services were thought to make your life easy. The only issue was the amenities. The 2 in 1 Shampoo and Conditioner was bad, and there was no body lotion. This is a pain after a day of sun and salty water.

Great pool, clean part of the beach, close enough to walk to lots of cafes and shops. We booked as a family on one booking but were told at check-in we would have to stay in separate areas of the hotel… this was very disappointing as we had requested rooms close together. Manager wasn’t that friendly when we asked to change room to be closer together. Most staff working at resort were friendly and it was clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Hi all, I booked 3 nights, only stayed 2 nights and moved on...why? After getting a room with a balcony, I'm told the entire property is NON SMOKING...fair enough....but...the buildings smelt of ***************, The very front and back of the property have a designated smoking area, but no weed...I wouldn't mind if ...they stuck by their policies. I didn't smoke out of respect...for other travellers...and children

Very nice and quiet hotel. Amazing breakfast! The pool and beach are beautiful. Friendly and helpful staff. We are already missing Ti-Cha’s amazing smile and kindness.

Beach was amazing. Staff was fantastic. Breakfast was good. The room is crazy small. Like uncomfortably so. More rules here than the other 7 hotels we stayed in Thailand. They check the room before you are allowed to leave, no outside food/drinks allowed, if you loose your towel card you have to pay for it, ect. Overall a good stay.

Really nice hotel, very clean. You can walk from it directly to the beach. Stuff is extremly friendly and helpfull. For breakfast there lots of different foods to choose from. Highly recommend.

Perfect stay , great location

about 10mins drive from airport to hotel. hotel location is good, near to central plaza & chaweng night market approx 10-12mins walk. it's a one way street so not too many cars around. the beach is also less than a minute walk from hotel. stayed at level 3 garden view. night time we could still hear music but it was fine, music was not too loud that we couldnt sleep. door closing from neighbours did affect our sleep though. perhaps soft closing of doors could be implemented. housekeeping staff was friendly too, only that we didnt ask for housekeeping everyday because after our 1st housekeeping, our entire room smell bad it could be due to the mop and cleaning materials used which cause the smell.. breakfast spread was excellent, variety of international cuisine. live egg and noodles station, foods were getting refilled promptly. if you are staying in the hotel around 2-4pm, there's happy hour 1-1. we ordered chicken sandwich as well, it was superb. swimming pool is clean too, many beach bench available, beach towel is available as well.

The staff are helpful and friendly. The location is great too. And the breakfast options are amazing.
