"Top notch services, the level of attentiveness towards cleanliness and keeping the property in immaculate condition. I loved it a lot, and intend to extend our stays from 3 nights to 7 nights. However, it was shame they couldn’t give better deal than the third party website and we decided to hop to next accommodation."

"Simple and quite old interior. Location is about 5 - 6km from the city center, shuttle and airport pick-up are available. The staff is quite friendly, only I was disappointed with the PIC receptionist, I ordered take away breakfast because I was picked up in the morning by the tour for a 1 day trip, it turned out it was not provided. So on the day, I had to wait again. For the shuttle to the airport, it was also combined with guests with a 13.30 flight, asked to wait past the time I reserved, even though my flight was at 12 noon. The variety & quality of breakfast is very lacking for a 5 star hotel."

"Very cool modern hotel in Labuan Bajo. Awesome aesthetics all around, from the entrance to the rooftop pool and restaurant, to the room itself. Only stayed one night but would absolutely stay again if ever in Labuan Bajo. Excellent value for money. Food and drinks at the restaurant were also great."

"The hotel was excellent! From the lobby, you can already catch a stunning view of the sunset, which made such a beautiful first impression. I was celebrating my birthday during my stay, and the team went above and beyond by decorating the room so thoughtfully, it really made me feel special. The staff were warm and attentive throughout, always ready to help with a smile. The facilities were well maintained, the ambiance was relaxing, and overall it felt like a perfect getaway. Truly a memorable stay and highly recommended!"

"The welcome treat upon check-in was a nice touch, but the room itself was rather standard, and there were a few small mosquitoes in the bathroom. The overall quality felt comparable to a typical 4-star hotel in China. However, on the upside, the sea view from our sea-view room was stunning. The location was fantastic, close to both the main street and the pier, making it super convenient for trying out the popular seafood restaurants often featured on platforms like Xiaohongshu. The 6th-floor infinity pool had a wonderful ambiance, and lying on a sun lounger and gazing at the stars was pure bliss. We received a grab-and-go breakfast for our day trip, which was convenient, and overall, it was pretty decent."

"Zasgo Hotel truly feels like a hidden gem in Labuan Bajo. Upon arrival, we were given a complimentary upgrade to the suite on the 8th floor – an amazing surprise. From our room, we enjoyed a breathtaking view over the town and harbor, which instantly made our stay memorable. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting us with everything from arranging tours to organizing transport. When I had a complaint about the water pressure in our room, it was quickly resolved while we were out for dinner – outstanding service! The only minor downside is the location. Instead of a 5-minute walk to the main strip, it takes about 10 minutes. But honestly, we didn’t mind at all – it even helped us reach our 10,000 steps a day 😉. Overall: a comfortable hotel with excellent service, beautiful views, and a warm atmosphere. Definitely recommended for anyone wanting to explore Labuan Bajo."

"The location is about 10-15 minutes drive from the airport and the pier. The hotel is right by the sea, with a beach and a swimming pool. It is an older four-star hotel, and the facilities are not new, but they are all clean and comfortable. The villa room I booked is very large, especially the room on the second floor is larger than the one on the first floor. The air conditioning is cold enough, which is very important. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic, and the front desk communicates smoothly in English, especially Bony, who has a pure American accent and is self-taught, which is a bit amazing. The restaurant is right by the sea, with an unbeatable sea view. The breakfast is rich and the dinner price is very affordable. In general, if you don’t have to stay in a luxurious hotel like Ayana, Luwansa is a very cost-effective choice."
