The hotel is located a bit far from the beach, but they provide transport to pick us up and drop us off, which was really convenient. Overall, the hotel was nice, although we initially had a small issue with the room key. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good. Thank you for the great service! ❤️

This hotel has a lot of charm. We had booked one of the highest bungalows with a private swimming pool. The view is sublime! and we are surrounded by beautiful vegetation. Everything about this hotel and resort is wonderful. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful, especially the adorable cats. The rooms are spacious and clean. It's especially convenient for those seeking a quiet getaway, as you can rent a scooter right at the front desk, and it only takes a few minutes. Staying in the city center would be too unfriendly for those who prefer a quiet environment, but this hotel is in a perfect location! Overall, the rooms are spacious, the pool is nice, and the environment is beautiful! Highly recommended!

The hotel doesn't have an elevator or stairs; they're just ramps (imagine going up and down with suitcases or whatever souvenirs you bought). The facilities are run-down. The private pool was dirty and moldy. The pool lounge chairs were burnt and dirty. Given the price, I expected a thousand times more. Breakfast was bad. Even though they "changed" the menu daily (in quotes because they only changed one or two items, and the rest was the same every day), the options are limited and very deplorable.

Great room, they have a kind of free tuk-tuk/taxi that takes you to and from the beach, and various services at the hotel itself, such as motorcycle rentals or booking excursions, ferries, etc.

The location is close to tourist attractions, but the facilities may not be that great. The extra bed and sheets are not up to standard, but the room is spacious.

The most important thing that a hotel should have is internet. We searched for it but couldn't find it. We asked the staff but they couldn't fix it. The air conditioner in the room was blowing very little and we were burning from the heat until the morning. I wouldn't recommend it to guests.

The hotel is tired and the photos of the room were disappointing in their inconsistency! I think the price does not correspond to the rating of four stars! This really spoiled the mood!

This is the second time I have checked in. The first time I checked in was before the epidemic. At that time, the hotel was still new and the hardware and software were OK. This time, I feel that after the epidemic, the hardware equipment has not been well maintained. For example, the bath towels are very old and have been damaged. The Diablo is still in use, the yukata is also severely shrunk and the water supply in the bathroom is low. It can be seen that the hotel has not included it in the replacement list in order to save money. In addition, the breakfast was mediocre and the location was far away from the center of Ao Nang, which caused the hotel to lose points. A warm reminder, if your main purpose of traveling to Ao Nang is to find delicious food, please take a detour. The dishes here are all Indian++Islamic! !

The hotel is very good, clean, the staff are lovely and the service is very helpful. And what was important was a surprise for my girlfriend's birthday. It was very fluffy. I really liked it and had the opportunity to stay here again. The accommodation is not very far from Ao Nang Beach, and most importantly, the service staff speak well, are lovely, and are very helpful and take care of you very well. Highly recommended.
