Great Location & Friendly Host, But One Disappointment at the End The homestay is in a very convenient location — just a short walking distance from the train station, which made it really easy for us to get around. The host was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. However, on the last day, we were a bit disappointed. We had booked the homestay for the full day, but were asked to leave by 9pm. That was the only downside to an otherwise pleasant stay. Overall, it’s a great place if you want something close to the station, just double check the checkout arrangements in advance.

15mins walk from Kunming railway station south. Very small room and toilet. You might not be able to fully open your big size luggage. There's air-conditioning in the room, but need to pay extra to use. There's no check-in counter and the apartment unit entrance is confusing(especially if you do not read Chinese). Make sure to call the owner to get correct location. Not all the listed amenities are provided. Free luggage stores is provided.

Very good service and convience, downstairs all market, and near shopping mall, the room also not bed, as clean as hotel.

The room was very cold because there was a window gap that couldn’t be closed. However the bed could be warmed up which was nice. The walls are not sound proof at all so we could very easily hear the voices of the people in the room next to us. Location is convenient and close to the railway station.

I only booked this room for a night as I was only passing through Kunming, but I would book it again. It was very comfortable in amazing location.

This room is close to the Red Line train station. If you come from the airport, you only need to change lines for 2 stations and you will arrive. It is also close to various tourist attractions. The room is more comfortable than expected. The price is very cheap.
