Good location, a few minutes walking from the north railway station, close to bus station. A big supermarket downstairs and many restaurants around. Changed towels, paper and water daily.

The hotel is conveniently located, a 3-minute walk from Kunming Railway Station. The staff were very helpful and proactively upgraded us to a better spacious and comfortable room when they realized we had lot of luggages. The room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended to stay!

It is within walking distance of the train station. It is an area where many hotels are concentrated, and it is convenient because there are many restaurants and shops nearby. The room is small, but clean, and there is no inconvenience to stay. It is the right place for travelers who use the train to stay for one to two days.

Thank you for the upgrade to a bigger room. This room is close to smoking area so the second hand smoke can get into the room. You can hear neighbors open close door. Anyway this is matching to the price point so cannot complain. Close to railway metro. shengsiong supermarket (Singapore brand) downstairs. Many eateries too.

Check in counter available for 24hours and staff is very helpful. Room is spacious and has all the amenities. We like our stay! Very near to the railway station.

Very nice location near Kunming station if you want to travel North to Dali, Lijiang and Shangri-La! The rooms are basic but it has everything needed for a nice stop before the next destination!

The hotel is very close to the railway station, 5 minutes walk. It's high up on a building so fairly quiet. The place is a bit old but clean. The closest subway stop is a fifteen minute walk (may be learn now to use the bus system since many bus stops are just in front of the railway station). As mentioned in other reviews, there are tons of food places and a relatively large supermarket close by. It is a good place for a short stay (transiting, stopover for a rest). For the price, absolutely no complaints.

Nice for just one night to be near the railway station which is 5min away by walking. Room is comfortable but not really soundproof.

Near Railway station. About 6-10 minutes walk. Halal restaurant nearby. Friendly staff. Room just okay since we only use for sleep and gone during the day. Bathroom spacious.

Convenient location, although a bit noicy even though the room is on 26th floor. Otherwise good value for the money but there was no hot water.

Excellent place to stay. The room was large enough with large windows and on 26th floor gave a good views of the surroundings. It is close to all the transports you need: taxis, buses, trains and metros. Whether you are in Kunming for a few days or just a few hours to take a rest before you transit to the airport after you had explored beautiful Yunnan. There are also many places to eat and shops in the vicinity.

None of them can speak English, so well prepared before you trip. Ppl are very friendly and willing to help. Location amazing, service amazing. It's worth it for the price 😇

A fine one night stay but could be better especially cleanliness. The toilet did smell a bit.
