The room was spotless and well-equipped, though the space was quite limited. The staff were truly considerate; I wasn't sure how to sort the fruit, yogurt, and instant noodle packaging from my child's meal, and a hotel employee simply handed me a trash bag and offered to take care of it. For breakfast at the restaurant, the steak was my favorite, and my child enjoyed it too.

Love the location. Walking distance to Kyoto station. Staff is friendly and their English is manageable. Will definitely return.

Stayed for 4 nightd. Everything is fantastic: Location: Nearby Kyoto station, not literately next to (as advertised) but close by. Food: The best, top notch quality breakfast buffet. All kinds of Japanese cuisine is available. Facilities: Have open bath, gym, yamato logistic service (staff will arrange for you), Tons of free amenities for your travel needs (toothbrush, Face wash etc) Customer Service: Majority of the staffs are polite and helpful but not the front desk. Not all but a few interaction with the staffs (2 - 3) on different period came across as dismissive and condescending. Was told by other guests that this is a norm nowadays. So, oh well, so be it.

The hotel's location is very strategic. Everything is good, will like to visit here again during our next stay in Kyoto. Facilities are good, just washing machines are not enough for guests to use, very long waiting time.

Very close to station and mall across the street with Donki. No need to worry about breakfast if did not purchase the buffet breakfast because lots of Convenience stores close by. Only 2small bottles of water in room but free drinks at lobby lounge.

This is my third time staying at this hotel. Although the rooms aren't huge, the service is really excellent, especially the breakfast, which is fantastic. The drinks in the lounge area are also top-notch. The hotel's location is very convenient, close to the JR station, shopping malls, and plenty of dining options.

The location is great, very close to the airport shuttle stop. There's even a Don Quijote store right at the entrance. The hotel is very thoughtful. You pick up toiletries from the front desk, and checking out is super convenient with an ATM-like machine for express departures. They also offer luggage storage. The staff speaks Chinese, English, and Japanese. Good!

The room size was decent, and the value for money was excellent. It was the most satisfying hotel I stayed at during this trip. Getting around was also very convenient, as it's directly across from the Hachijo Exit of Kyoto Station. The hotel offers sauna and laundry services. The bathroom in the room had a separate wet and dry area, and I could easily open my 24-inch suitcase.

The hotel facilities are excellent across the board. I'd like to highlight the location: it's on the back side of Kyoto Station, which is a massive commercial complex with a complicated layout. The intersection directly in front of the hotel is Hachijo East Exit, but actually, the north-south pedestrian walkway on the second floor of Hachijo West Exit is more convenient. You can see escalators leading up to it right at the intersection. From the second floor, you can take a train directly from the West entrance to Fushimi Inari Shrine and the Kansai Airport Express. It's also connected to the Isetan department store, where the famous unagi (eel) restaurant is on the 11th floor. At the Hachijo East Exit, there's a McDonald's, and downstairs is a connected underground passage, where you can also catch a train or go to the main plaza. I bought my Icoca card from a self-service machine there, which had a Chinese language option, making it very easy to use. On the 10th floor of Isetan, there's a connecting corridor that offers a fantastic night view of Kyoto Tower.

The hotel was very near JR Kyoto station maybe about 5 mins walk. Opposite is Don Quitoe which made it easier to buy things. We loved the separation of the toilet and shower area and the shower area is big and comes with deep bathtub. The room is also quite spacious. I can fully open my luggage and still have space to move around. The buffet breakfast is amazing as there are many choices to choose from, especially the beef which is very nice. The hotel also comes with public bath but we didn’t try. Huge lobby and lounge to allow hotel guests to take coffee or tea. There is even a section to collect some amenities like lotion, shaver, bath towel which is a plus point. Definitely recommend this hotel.
