Outstanding

Great hotel. Great location. There is a great local supermarket with good food nearby.
The room is comfortable, there is a full kitchen, a washing machine, the air conditioner works for heating. Quiet.
Lots of space, good mattresses.
There is a common area on the 1st floor where you can get instant soup, coffee, ice cream, butter, salt, pepper, soy sauce, sugar.
Entry by code on the doors - into the building and into the room. Elevator.
I liked everything very much.

Great

I really liked the fact that there was no need to communicate with the front desk, that the bathroom and toilet were separate, and that the Japanese-style room was attached so that I could relax. The only disappointment was that it didn't work at all even with the heating set to the highest setting, and it was cold in the morning and evening, and there was no switch to turn off the motion sensor in the kitchen, so every time I tossed and turned in bed, the electricity would crackle on my own and I couldn't sleep. This is the point. It was a nice hotel without this, so I would like to use it again ^ ^

The hotel is well located right by Kyoto station, Rooms are nice if a little compact. As the hotel name suggest, the reception is stunning. The concierge was helpful prior to my trip but during my stay the concierge desk was frustrating not available in the early morning and evenings which is odd as during the summer months you’d expect guests to be out early sightseeing to beat the hot sun.
