"Very nice hotel! The service was great and the employees we encountered provided excellent service. The cleaning of the room seemed to have been done very quickly, but did not prevent us from sleeping in the room. Unfortunately, the soundproofing of the room was poor... people arrived around 3 a.m. and got up around 7 a.m. without worrying about others (I understand that some people's lack of civility is not the fault of the establishment). Very good nonetheless!"

"The price of the hotel in Quebec City is too expensive, so this hotel is about ten minutes away from the city. The price is very high, and the parking is convenient. The room is very hygienic. The front desk actually met a mainlander who spoke Mandarin very well."

"Tout d'abord, dans la salle de bain, il était mentionné que la douche était à multijets. Aucun des jets ni même la douche téléphone ne fonctionnaient pas. Les produits (shampoing, revitalisant, savon corporel) étaient de piètre qualité. Pour la piscine intérieure, aucune serviette n'était disponible. De plus, il est évident que la capacité de la piscine était dépassée. Les ascenseurs sont très lents et celui qui se rendait au 7e étage (niveau piscine) est tombé en panne. Franchement, je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel."

"There are many positives about this long term stay hotel. The staff at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. The hot buffet (included with the price of the overnight stay)is absolutely amazing, just that alone is worth staying there. Toasts, bagels, muffins, cereals, hot porridge, cheese omelette, plain omelette, boiled egg, sausages, bacon, … and a “make your own” waffle station with sauces, whipped cream and different toppings!!! The coffee and tea or hot water is available in the lobby 24/7! Inside my studio suite, there is a full kitchen with dishwasher, full size fridge and you can borrow an electric induction plate for cooking. The room is big, with a curtain dividing the sofa bed and the king size bed. There are two layers of blinds to ensure complete darkness when sleeping. The only negative thing was that my hotel room was facing the main road and so there were cars going by every 3-5 mins in the middle of the night, and I heard all the cars that went by, even at 1:00am or 3:00am while I was trying to sleep!!! The next day, I asked for ear plugs from the reception and slept so much better! I should have asked for them when I checked in.  The water temperature of the indoor saltwater pool is not too cold, but not warm. I had a good swim. This hotel is less than two years old, so everything is new, clean and bright. Lots of families with young children stayed there on the weekend I was there. A special thank you to the friendly staff especially the one who assisted me with my luggages."

"Very close to the airport, the transfer is very convenient. It is very intimate to drive at the door of the room. The hotel is not bad, with a restaurant. It’s just that the decoration is old."

"Really disappointed. The spa was unsanitary. The water was green and smelled really bad. So we couldn't relax in it. The pool water was passable. It wasn't very clear. In my room I didn't have a shower curtain and the air conditioning was at 15 degrees all night and it didn't cool the room enough but it was very cold. This hotel is not worth the price at all."
