Location is perfect with everything you need right at your doorstep. The hotel itself could do with a deep clean (shower wasn’t very nice or hot most days) but otherwise not bad. Reception kinda just ignored you most of the time. I think if you plan on being out and about most days it’s fine for the location and price.

Third time staying. Good place in a good location

Spent 2 nights here travelling from Peru to La Paz. The location is perfect for Peru/Bolivia Hop travellers as it’s their pick up point. It’s next to Witches Market and 10 minutes walk to San Francisco Church. The room is quite spacious and the bathroom is relatively new. Breakfast included was just ok. Would be good if there was a toaster for the bread. At the guests lobby area, there’s free coca tea and kettle self service which was nice if you have altitude sickness in the highest city in the world. We had a city view which was beautiful at night. Our room 510 was quiet so we had a good rest travelling from Peru.

Simple, clean, easy for transfers

I stayed at this hotel again after returning from Uyuni. The staff was very friendly and the location was good.

In the hotel I stayed at, the service at the front desk varied greatly, just like the local climate. He worked the night shift and was snobbish. On the day he arrived, he said he couldn't get a room so soon and couldn't move in until almost two o'clock. He relied on his old age to do things. Also, two days ago, I wrote him clearly and asked for a package for breakfast today (because I had to go to the airport at three in the morning), but he actually said that he had not received the order. The morning reception manager (a middle-aged man wearing glasses) was warm and hospitable. After the shift changed on the day we arrived, the morning manager’s service was extremely good. It is in a safe location. There is a witch's market right in front, and it is a busy area, so you can walk around at night. There are cafes and restaurants nearby, so it is a good place to spend time before moving. The staff were very friendly, and I was satisfied with the hot water.

The condition of each room is different. The good rooms have a large shower room and a refrigerator. I only stayed for two days, but the room condition was very different.

The room had 2 windows overlooking the walls, no radiators, it was very cold. The room was large, the repair was not bad. There was no hair dryer, iron, etc. There was not even water!!!

It is located in the very center. The hotel lobby has some pretensions, in good condition. The staff is quite friendly. But! The rooms themselves are in a very neglected condition. They require a thorough renovation. Plumbing, furniture, doors, locks - everything is old and partly not working.

Arriving in La Paz at dusk, I was shocked by the night view of the mountain city as I exited the airport. It was already dark when we arrived at the hotel. It is located absolutely in the city center, adjacent to the witch market, and there are colonial-style streets outside the hotel. The hotel service is good and the service staff are of good quality!

I stayed there because the reviews were good, but I don't think I'll stay there again. The check-in service was good, but everything after that was terrible. First of all, there were no towels in the room, and no matter how many times I called the front desk, told the room attendant, or went to the front desk in person, the towels never arrived and I had to wait a long time. As my reservation included breakfast, when I told them at check-in that I would be leaving before breakfast was served, they said they would prepare a breakfast box, but when I checked out the next morning, they just said "they didn't have one" and I felt bad from the morning because they didn't apologize and just ignored me. I can now see that reviews are not helpful.
